The Master Fitness class on Saturday mornings is the best! Nadine is very helpful in determining the perfect weight to use with each machine, depending on your capabilities. Very good workout! I'm not sure if this or kickboxing is my favorite!

Total Body at Master Fitness is an incredible class. Thursday was my second time in this class, and I plan to start attending this class. I attend Fab-Abs on Friday, and the Master Fitness Strength training class on Saturday....Get healthy and stay fit!
