I have been working with Gregg for a few years now. Hi maintains excellent equipment and ins very knowledgeable. I recommend him for any aspiring athlete.

This was the first time I have ever done a biometrics testing and I have to say, i was blown away. It was so quick and easy and completely enlightening. I couldn't believe everything I learned about my body from it. I'm very excited to change a few things and do it again in a month to see the difference in my numbers. I'll definitely be doing this on a somewhat regular basis. Thanks so much!

I did a VO2 max test and body composition test. Gregg was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the results thoroughly. I would use Bio.Metrics again.

This was my first time being tested at Bond Nutrition and I found Jonathan very interesting to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the results.  As I am working towards a competition monitoring my body this way helps me track my progress and ensure my nutrition is dialed in.

As a strength athlete with additional body fat I sometimes worry about the mind set of people administering these tests as they don't always understand the demands and preference for MORE muscle mass.  But ultimately Natasha was absolutely wonderful to deal with and had a great understanding of our goals and the strength sport world.  I would highly recommend her to anyone and will certainly be back for a follow up soon.

I was a bit apprehensive. ......

1. 1 - Feeling uncomfortable about my body.

2. 2 - knowing it was a man doing the test.

3. 3 - nervous about  how embarrassed I would feel going over the results with a guy.

Outcome.......
