This is my favorite studio in the area, I immediately feel relaxed when I walk through the doors. They offer many different types of classes so there is something for everyone. I love how I am constantly learning something new with each class that I attend.
This studio, community, instructors are incredibly welcoming and inspiring. The class schedule has a wonderful variety for all levels and styles. Even if you attend the same instructors class time after time, you’ll find yourself learning something new and having fun. Beautiful studio in every way.

Kira’s Tuesday, Gentle Yoga class was AMAZING! Truly gentle and the perfect conclusion to a long day of work! The cool cloth soaked in lavender essential oil was the concluding soar into complete release and calm. The room was prepared ahead of time with dim lighting and the perfect restful music! Can’t wait until next Tuesday!
