Really enjoyed the session. Didn’t think we’d manage to swim anywhere like 25 x 50m in the main block but we did. I felt I was swimming better towards the end. I was focusing on timing alongside the session theme of high elbow position in water. Great to have written feedback from previous week and then face to face encouragement along lines that “your stroke is holding up well even when tired” … in this session. Really positive finish to 2026. Thank you

This week’s Tuesday & Thursday sessions worked well together - a good work out on Tuesday and then drills for arm stability on Thursday! Great! I also really benefited from the individual feedback I received (including video!!) - which is a marvellous to addition to the coaching service you offer :-) I don’t know how you find time to get it all done Jason - but I’m really pleased that you do! Really enjoyed the ‘Redbull’ session. Keeping fins on most of the time allowed the session to flow and each section to blend into the next. The added bonus was you felt like you’d been given wings when doing the 200’s. Thanks Coach
Great session - lots of swimming in blocks so plenty of time to really think about and try to “feel” the technique points as you swim.

Hand entry and recovery are very important to me at the moment while I nurse an injured shoulder, probably due to repetitive strain whilst working.
