What a lovely experience to swim at the Health Hydro. A very clean pool and changing rooms so well done to the staff.
The session itself was very easy to follow and made best use of the 33m length which when sprinting made a big difference from the 25m pools.

That was a daunting and tough session on paper today. Surprisingly it swam really well and the long recoveries definitely helped, as did the other swimmers in the lane. Team work makes the bleep work🫶
Great set this morning ! Having been out a while injured and slowly increasing pace and distance, this morning pushed me out of my comfort zone with a quicker pace and the furthest I’ve swum in months ! Tired but a great sense of achievement that I’m coming back to fitness - thank you Jason and my lane buddies this morning for the encouragement :)
Usually go for technique session in Thrs but loved this 'threshold' session today (Tues). Same again next week.

Great session - really testing to swim faster 100ms; but sell structured and lots of encouragement from Jason poolside!
Very tough session - what can I say? I worked so hard I felt sick on the last 100m block 🤢Garmin scored it 5/5 aerobic and 3.6 anaerobic with overall benefit “Tempo”. I will sleep tonight.
