I just cant explain how Jessica's classes have changed my Life in such a positive way Everyone is noticing a new improved ME The knowledgable muscle focus she designs her classes  with  has transformed my perimenapausal body. You never know what new muscle group shes going to work on next.

I’m a fairly new student at RIHY, and my experience has been incredible so far! From the front desk staff to the instructors, everyone has been so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Every class leaves me feeling refreshed, energized, and excited to come back for more.

A special shoutout to Dani—her classes have been such a breath of fresh air. As a Latina, it’s especially meaningful to connect with an instructor whose energy and presence feel so authentic and inspiring. She brings the best vibes to every class, has an amazing playlist, and creates a class structure that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and accomplished every time. Highly recommend!

Jess is my favorite teacher at RIHY! I love her cues and her remarks during class that help make class fun and safe.

I loved Dani’s first class. She was amazing, so present, and full of energy. I think that Dani would make a great addition to the team by bringing her unique taste in terms of workout rigor, and music taste. Lastly, i think her ability to command the hot room showcases a natural ability to engage the audience, and highlights her intimate knowledge of our workout format, which makes sense considering the fact that she was an regular at hot core.

Anyways, loved her and hope she becomes a tenured instructor!
