This class is designed to introduce you to pole safety, proper positioning of the body, climbs, and basic pole moves.
NO lotions or oils are to be worn before taking this class; please wear spandex shorts (Sports bra, tank tops) No pants or yoga pants. Can not take this class if you are pregnant. This class is designed for women only.
