Through the healing modalities of yoga, meditation, ceremony, fellowship, relaxation, and adventure, we will spend the week focusing on radiance by honoring the earth and her elements along with our bodies, minds, and spirits.
We will be inhabiting the sacred lands of Xinalali for the week, which is located on the pacific side of Mexico- a quick boat ride from Puerto Vallarta. This seaside retreat center is designed for deep connectivity with ourselves, each other, nature, and the divine so you can expect to be outdoors for most of the week, heathy local food, time in the ocean, explorative adventures on land and by sea, opportunities to swim with wild dolphins (should you choose to), sacred ceremonies (sweat lodge, ice baths, full moon ceremony, cacao and more), plenty of free time for relaxation at the spa or excitement via zip-lining, and yoga… lots of yoga…
The entire purpose and intention of a retreat like this is to remember, inspire, and ignite your internal flame, that beautiful light alive within you that is specific and unique to you. For some, this will be a week of deep healing, for some it might be a week of pure fun and entertainment, and for others it will be a happy balance of both.
You are on this earth to shine your brilliant and radiant light for all to see, feel, and experience. It is your light that will ultimately illuminate and heal the world but in order to shine your light, we must get in touch with it, feel it, and know it. We must be able to know when it is being dimmed vs when it is shining brightly. It is from there that we’re able to truly make a massive difference in the world and transmute any darkness into light merely by choosing to BE THE LIGHT. And that is what this retreat is all about.
Alee Link will be your guide through yoga and ceremony. She uses both cosmic and earthly energy to support and lead her classes and lessons offering a powerful opportunity for massive expansion in each session. Her entire mission through yoga and ceremony is to hold space for and encourage the individual to reconnect to who they are and why they’re here so they can make conscious choices in their lives to better support a life of alignment in regards to reality of the soul. Expect transformational classes with loads of energy work, breathwork, and ancient wisdom mixed into her unique blend of vinyasa and kundalini yoga.
