Hoola Hoop class tonight with Karla at Dragonfly Paddle & Fittness a wonderful success and experience. Highly recommend and so looking forward to the next 3 classes in January. We were huffing and puffing and laughing and enjoying this workout. Thank you Karla for introducing a new work out that EVERYONE can enjoy. A total body workout (think balance, core, cardio, joints, muscles, coordination, balance but not high impact). Everything that works towards a healthy body no matter your age. It is, in my view, a compliment to everything that you can do in your health lifestyle. Bravo to you Karla for introducing this to your community.
