I really enjoyed the zoom class on Introduction to Mindfulness. When you first start practicing mindfulness it can be very challenging and hard to remain still for a beginner.I learned techniques to help me stay focused and breathe.I certainly would love to attend more programs on Mindfulness .Jaqueline Milner was a wonderful instuctor.

Breathe Mindfulness Centre offers mindfulness and self-compassion based groups, workshops, classes, coaching and counselling to individuals, businesses, organizations and the public.  At Breathe Mindfulness Centre it is our deepest wish and intention to enhance emotional, mental and physical wellness in others as well as to foster more connected, meaningful and compassionate relationships one has with themselves, with others and the world we live in.
