I recently attended an Introduction to Mindfulness workshop with Jacqueline, and had such a positive experience with the group and the centre.  The space was beautiful, peaceful, and the 2 hours flew by.  The class was a good mixture of education, practice, and discussion/ receiving feedback.  I left with a much better understanding of what mindfulness is and how to practice meditation.  In my experience at the centre, learning and doing with a group is a completely different experience than reading or practicing on my own.  Thanks to everyone in the group who shared the space and helped make the workshop a safe space for growth.

This spring I had attended The Mindfulness, Self Compassion workshop with a Wonderfully kind, compassionate and loving guide, Jacqueline Milner. She and her team were very professional. The room was calming and comfortable, and Once I began to get comfortable with the group I was able to relax (which was fairly quickly). I want to also thank that group for all of their support as well  Also to those who studied and created this wonderful program.

Attending the MSC Program was truly a life-changing experience that I am very grateful for!  It provides effective strategies and skills to enhance emotional resilience by learning to treat “ourselves” with compassion!

The Program is presented by Jacqueline Milner who executes the sessions in a friendly, easy-going and highly-professional manner.  Her exceptional expertise and knowledge of the concepts and research behind Mindful Self -Compassion is very impressive!

I would highly recommend this Program to anyone who wishes to enhance their emotional well -being and gain inner strength in coping with life’s challenges.
