I recently attended an Introduction to Mindfulness workshop with Jacqueline, and had such a positive experience with the group and the centre. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and the 2 hours flew by. The class was a good mixture of education, practice, and discussion/ receiving feedback. I left with a much better understanding of what mindfulness is and how to practice meditation. In my experience at the centre, learning and doing with a group is a completely different experience than reading or practicing on my own. Thanks to everyone in the group who shared the space and helped make the workshop a safe space for growth.
