I really enjoyed the zoom class on Introduction to Mindfulness.When you first start practicing mindfulness it can be very challenging and hard to remain still for a beginner.I learned techniques to help me stay focused and breathe.I certainly would love to attend more programs on Mindfulness .Jaqueline Milner was a wonderful instuctor.
