I visited the facility yesterday and had a great workout. I am familiar with Shidokan and mixed martial arts so it was great to revisit these techniques. I would definitely recommend taking classes here. I will be back for the kickboxing class.

The class instructors are very nice (maybe cause this was my first class) , and teaches very well. I really hate gyms and this was prefect for me. I tried out the boot camp class for my first visit and it definitely pushed my boundaries! We started off by running three laps around the parking lot, then came in to do three sets of jumping squats, and jumping lunges, and three sets of crunches and leg holds...all with weights! We proceeded to go outside where we were grouped by stations...

I love the kickboxing class! If you are looking for a great cardio workout, this is it. Trey has been very welcoming and makes sure the class is entertaining and supportive. Classes are intense, but manageable. You come away sore and sweaty, so you know you had a great workout!!

Th Intro class with Pam was really good. She made the class fun and was encouraging me that I was doing good in the class. The other students were friendly and helpful as well. I arrived late to another class late due to traffic and was essentially escorted out and told I couldn't participate because they already warmed up. So I essentially paid for a class that I couldn't take!

This class was amazing. I took my grandmother with me. From the time we stepped through the door we felt so much love and great energy coming from the room. Our wonderful instructor greeted us. I have now taken 2 classes- Row/Sculpt and the Classic Row/Barre class. I come from a crossfit background and wanted a workout that was low impact but super effective. These workout were amazing. I left each knowing that I had had burned tons of calories-- the mix of cardio and conditioning is perfect (think very long tabata). This may be my new fave thing!

I just love David Nash and the Pinnacle Fitness Center family! The community is so fun and supportive. Plus, the workouts always kick my butt. Last September I had 31% body fat. By March, I lost a little under 30 lbs and was down to around 25% body fat. And I'm still slimming down! David has definitely taken me to the next fitness level!

First day back to the gym since the holidays and as usual, the trainers at Tadda's gave a challenging workout. The worktime class offered a variety of cardio and strength exercises. The instructor was encouraging and provided excellent teaching on proper technique. I felt like I earned the smoothie after class that was tasty and healthy!

It's my first time taking classes more than 2 months straight. it really works! total body works out combining strength and cardio training for toning and firming up! Great class, everyone was so nice and though I was messing up on the moves everyone was so supportive. I feel comfortable and the instructor was a blast, she worked us hard but she gave us the motivation to keep going. Overall great class and even better people

I had my but kicked for my first class! I love that it was a small class size. We were able to have more one on one time. The class before was going on because I was early. The amount of sweat that they were dripping speaks to the workout. It is total body workout.

I really enjoy going to TADDA`S fitness she take NO MESS!! She`s very encouraging and expect you to give your best. Just because I`am 11 she expect me to do my very best. It don`t matter what age you are she wants everyone to be HEALTHY and HAPPY. She`s not mean. She`s mean nice. NO MESS!

I took the Zumba class today with GiGi and it was amazing! I had the best time! I've been taking Zumba classes on and off for a couple years now and it is literally my favorite workout ever. Most instructors i interact with are blown away by how well i pick up on the moves and i always tell them i was meant to dance...

I REALLY want to give this location 5 stars but if you want a gym, this is not your best bet. The staff are serious about total fitness and less concerned about cosmetics. I travel to Atlanta from North Carolina for work every other week. When ever I am in town, you can find me at this gym! The atmosphere is fantastic! I have trained in several different gyms all over the country. Never have I been welcomed in and treated so well by the instructors and students alike! Welcoming staff! Upbeat, motivating music! Great instructor! I hadn't taken a rowing class before--just used a rowing machine at the gym--and I often get bored within 5 minutes and max out at 10 minutes. Well, this was the perfect combo! The Row Barre class was awesome! Angela mixed it up and kept it moving where participants did not have the chance to be bored or tired. LOL. The entire workout (rowing and barre exercises) was deceiving (moderate in pace incorporated with relaxing but repetitive barre activity) but 24 hours later, my sore muscles are telling the tale. This activity is toning all the right places up!
