Awesome work out and work out environment. The class was upbeat and kept me interested the whole time. Normally I HATE cardio, but the instructor made it fun so it didn't feel like cardio and flew by! Would definitely recommend everyone try it!

Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and it's mechanics; as well as how to adapt exercises for individual needs, and how to train to get the best results. Classes are taught well and at the level of the student. Excellent routine structure and good motivational skills by Mr. Blaine Gray. High intensity is weaved with low intensity exercises during warm-up, and was a great introduction class to Taekwando.

Today was my second class of boot camp! I finally found a drive to workout. The environment is so positive, supportive and friendly! Before my first class I was nervous because I didn't know anyone and I did not want to do the excerises incorrect. We worked out in groups and they were so welcoming. The classes are both for male/female and there were people there in different stages of their life...

This is my first bootcamp, and I was pretty nervous at first. I quickly felt so at home as Dave and Shaun are wonderful!! I don't feel out of place while building my strength and fitness. It is especially helpful when an extra helper comes in on busy days to assist us with form! I am soaking with sweat at the end of every workout, but my energy levels are increasing and I feel great!

I attend the VF in the North West and am enjoying the indoor boot camp! I work from home and have tried many other activities to get me moving but nothing has stuck until I tried VF. I attend 3 times per week and have not missed a class. It is a great class environment with the instructor and other boot campers!

As always, I was a little self conscious and nervous going in but everyone was very friendly and our instructor (David) was very welcoming. You work out hard to some great music so the class just flies by! I think that's great because it's the worst when you're counting down the minutes for your work out to end...

I just had my first class here and it was an amazing experience. The ladies there were so positive and helpful. They took the time to make sure I was doing the exercises right and that I wasn't straining my back. I have some back problems and they helped me change the exercises to make it easier on my back. My first class has gone off without a hitch. I look forward to my next class. I was stressing about the fact that I am out of shape and injured. The instructor, Mae, was great. She was able to assist me to deal with injury as well as do exercises properly to achieve the most from each exercise.

There was a substitute teacher, but it was really a great class. I really enjoyed how she moved through the different parts of the body, and really encouraged having our feet planted well. The studio itself was very clean and welcoming! Overall great experience!

I was very nervous starting this program. Being over weight and in my 50's I was beyond scared. I went to the orientation and was pleasantly surprised that most everyone was "normal " , not the barbie and Ken sizes that you see at other places. All the staff were super friendly and encouraging. I go to my first boot camp workout today and although I am still nervous , I am also excited.

The good: Most instructors are positive and motivating, 55 minutes flys by, other members are not intimidating and very nice, instructors are knowledgable about form, the gym offers a wide range of times to come. Attended my first class at Calgary Hot Yoga and couldn't have been more pleased. Check-in was simple, and I love that you reserve spots for drop-in. I did a "Hot Hips" class and really appreciated the instructors gentle guidance and encouragement through the class. Some things you put aside because of fear but when you decide to do it you look back at the times you wasted doing nothing with regret. I am really enjoying Vitality Fitness! It is like having a personal trainer but in a group setting - which is great from a social perspective. They prepare your workouts, are constantly checking your form, ensure your form is correct and kick your a$$. I went to my first boot camp today. It was very challenging, as I am overweight, and clearly - much more out of shape than I expected. I know that it will take a few visits to get really comfortable with myself. My husband and I joined 50day challenge, did our first workout was Monday at 4:15. The staff and trainers were great, very helpful, and motivating. Must of had a good workout because I am sore today. Can't wait to see results!

Great place! The studio was very nice and inviting, and the staff were very friendly. The class that I took (hot vinyasa flow) was also great, with Luis as the instructor. It was not necessarily a beginner class but he took the time to explain movements and poses and to watch all of us and correct anything we may have been doing wrong...

60 minute hot flow with Craig is a good paced, energizing workout bound to make you sweat and feel like a million bucks after. I would also recommend him for someone who is new to flow practice as his verbal explanation of poses and transitions are easy to understand and picture for the "what the hell is a warrior one, I can't see with the sweat dripping into my eyes" people attending.

I've been going to VF for over a year now. I really love the workouts, the people/trainers and the positive energy. All of these have helped me improve my fitness so, I can excel at the sports and other physical activities I love. Currently, my suggestion would be to have more variety in the classes, especially the advance class...

I found this training to be the most practical for the average person to defend themselves. The classes are challenging physically and mentally and the atmosphere is excellent. Everyone is helpful and the instructors want everyone to succeed.

Nicki and Jason in the south are fantastic! The workouts they give are challenging and they are constantly checking to ensures you are doing it right. They will offer alternatives if it is too challenging. They are motivating and fun workouts and the group setting is comfortable, non competitive, supportive and fun.
