I've already signed up for next week's class, and tomorrow night I'm giving Restorative Yoga a try. I also made use of the pool and hot tub. So happy I became a member here. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Studios FUSE is very serious about keeping its premises clean and disinfected. As you walk in the studio, your temperature is checked, and you are asked to report specific COVID-19 symptoms. Masks are required in all of the common areas. The floors, mats, and reformer machines and handles, as well as other equipment, are sanitized after each class...

Casey and I shared a booth today for our first visit...we absolutely loved it! We both have a number of health concerns that we feel will be helped by the treatments. After just one treatment we both noticed we were breathing easier (I have sinus issues and my husband has terrible allergies). I am excited to see what will happen after future visits if we noticed improvement after just one!

This is more of a sculpt class. The reformer is not used at all. The exercises include light weights, barre, and tons of reps. Ashley never fails to get my heart rate up and leave me exhausted in 45 minutes. I definitely recommend Ashley’s class to anyone looking to increase strength, flexibility, or cardiovascular resistance.

Loved the Wednesday night 75 minute Vinyasa flow with Kate. I love Kate’s classes as she is very attentive to her yogis and provides perfect guidance to help you get the most from each pose and movement. The studio is a warm and inviting space. I felt like I was in the actual yoga studio in Chicago' s Andersonville today for the 60 minute class, sans ( without) the 100 degree heat my home I didn't choose to program for like the studio. I didnt want to do in person today yet but perhaps next time I will. The teacher covered all poses of hot yoga I normally know from other studios in Chicago and am happy to plan for the trip next time...

Pilates is the best low impact, strength training class one can do no matter your age, size or gender. The exercises are gentle on the joints yet effective enough to tone muscles. The exercises vary from class to class so one can tone the upper body, core and lower body. I also love the fact that the class size is small (with 10 people maximum) in these pandemic times. I highly recommend it.

My first visit. I have done both separately. This type of therapy works for me. The salt and the heat. Also the ColorTherapy in the booth is another plus. Privacy and cleanliness is good. Lately, since the shut down I have been enjoying the Zoom in home classes! The technic still applies and both Skye and Diane are great showing how to drill every step. They show the moves from every angle as they answer any questions. I have gained more insight from following the drills. This has been a great choice to join Gracie Milwaukee!!! I just started working out at Curves and I must say it's not your average health club! I love it! I feel like I had a 3 hour workout, all in 30 min. I felt a difference on the 1st day and my second day was even better. It's a comfortable and private facility with no outside distractions. Erica’s classes are focused on repetition and form, and just when you think you’re done, she will have you do pulses. As with everything at StudiosFUSE, the studio is impeccably clean, and each piece of equipment is sanitized after every workout. I definitely recommend Erica’s classes, especially if you’re just getting started and are unsure about form.

Sunday’s class kicked my butt in the most literal sense. The class is high energy and challenging - open to all levels. Hannah’s class is a great all body workout, and I totally recommend it! All equipment is cleaned after each use, the covid guidelines are followed: temperature checks are done at the entrance. StudiosFUSE is super clean and safe!

This class was deceptive - I got more of a work out than I expected. Wynne explained all the little form and breathing tips that make the difference. It wasn't at all aerobic, but I was surprised that I was a little warm and even sweaty after the class. I was surprised! For all of us who sit too much, this creates an awareness that will likely be very beneficial.

We’ve been members for 3-4 years, and we’re worried about how we would maintain our level of fitness during this time. I'm so happy to be back to in-person classes. Sara has done so much to make her Gym safe and inviting during this difficult time. I also applaud her for giving us online classes in the interim. She is a great teacher and explains why we work different muscles during the class. I've learned so much. Thank you Sara!

The virtual chair class was Super FUN and exceeded my expectations. I was surprised at how many different exercises can be done seated in and by using a chair. My mother felt really energized after this class. Seated exercises should be standard vocabulary in everyone's conversation of movement from the office worker, elderly population, to even teenagers...

I love coming to Studio Fuse in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park for about three years now!! I enjoy The variety of different fitness classes that are both healthy for me and progressive such as the surfboard yoga and currently the bar reformer machine Pilates classes! It is a great space to also join like-minded members in this modern space !

I tell everyone I can how much I love my kickboxing classes! I have been able to push myself to goals I never thought possible. I love I can share my fitness goals with Peggy and Steph and they support them! The smaller classes and clean facility takes it to different level of comfort. I get so excited to get to class! I love it!

The trainers at KickHouse are incredible. They bring high energy every time to keep us all motivated during the rounds. The KickHouse community is incredibly strong and supportive. Everyone is welcome, no matter what their fitness or kickboxing experience level. It’s awesome to WANT to go work out there and I miss seeing all my peeps when I’m not able to make my regular sessions.
