I've been going to Move for almost 4 years and its never the same! I get bored with other gyms as its too routine. The Move coaches and community is awesome making working out much more fun. Its a total body program with stamina, strength, cardio weeks and different focus days.

I have never taken a fitness class before. Never one like the VSF anyway, and I will admit, I was extremely nervous. I dont dance, I'm super shy, and not the most confident person in the room., but as we got started, it was clear that almost everyone in the room was in the same boat, and everyone was so friendly! You can't beat the training at 3F. Hailey and her staff are talented instructors who keep your child safe while challenging your child to push themselves forward. My daughter went from barely a back handspring to throwing her standing back tuck in six months.

Before the class begins, everyone starts with 30 minutes of cardio either on the treadmill or outside. Then, 30 minutes for a circuit workout focused on arms...

Haven't worked out in a very long time so my first class tonight was a bit of a struggle but I pushed through. Heath, one of the trainers, made it a point to adjust my positioning if need be & he did it in a very easy going way. I didn't feel judged or overly watched. It was a comfortable experience & I walked away with a GREAT workout! Cool place! Cool people! :)

I went to my first class which was beginners zumba! It was so much fun but also a great workout! I haven't exercised in a really really long time so this was a great first step to get me back in gear. It was definitely a comfortable atmosphere where I didn't feel judged for being super uncoordinated (like I usually feel working out). The room is dim with fun dance lights and the music is awesome...

Really cute studio; the instructor Josh was amazing! Very energetic and fun. Didn't expect to sweat so much; more than hip hop. Lots of cardio and toning. Class itself was nice and a good size, but not crowded. Would definitely go back for more classes. Fun way to get that daily burn!!

Enjoyable experience. Nice people and teacher. Go st your own pace. It was more challenging than I thought. Never did yoga before and not exactly in shape. That said I did a lot better than I thought I would and got a healthy workout that did not cause injury. Also there is a rest pose I used three times and it was no big deal to anyone.

Dee is amazing! I love her classes, but I love her more! She is always happy and puts a smile on my face. Her Yinyasa class is a great combination of stretching and flow. She changes it up every week, which I really enjoy.

Great workout with Paul at his residential gym. He does a great job with mixing warm-up / running with different exercises that work every body part in 2 minute sessions. The setup of the class makes the time go by extremely fast and you get a great workout in the process. Paul is a great instructor giving you encouragement and advice on form when needed...

I've attended 2 kickboxing classes with Coach Forest, and I must say I am ADDICTED!!!!!! He is an awesome coach, keeps everyone engaged throughout the entire class whether you're a beginner (like myself) or have been coming for months. I really enjoyed my circuit training workout at Marlow's Fitness. I talked to Marlow about my foot injury and he worked with me to accommodate any exercises that wouldn't be fit for me to do. He also assisted me on the machines that I had little to no experience working on. I was sore the next day without being destroyed and felt that I was doing exercises that targeted my whole body...

Sensei John Bollinger is very professional and knowledgeable in the art of Aikido. He holds true to the ancient roots of this martial art in practice as well as dojo etiquette. From throws to rolls to sword play, Sensei John Bollinger is well versed and is a great teacher. The dojo is clean and calm, as it traditionally should be. I recommend you to pay a visit to the Sho Shin Juku Dojo.

This place has become my mini vacation. When I need to step out of my life for a second to reconnect with myself Hyde Park Yoga is my safe getaway. The studio is clean, the ambience is peaceful, and the teachers are incredible. After a few months going here I decided to begin teacher training with Lilyana and it has been the most amazing experience. I love Hyde Park Yoga!

I love Tuesday night boot camp! It is an awesome group, with a fantastic trainer! Getting back into shape after several injuries is difficult, but Greg has made it work for me. He alters workouts to fit everyone's individual needs and abilities, and he motivates you to move! Thank you!!

The kickboxing fitness class is a lot of fun and a great workout. Coach Forrest goes through all the moves and practices with the class all together first. Then, you workout at your own pace. You can try to kill the bag or take it slow and focus on form. Either way, you will have a good workout and blow off some steam in the process...

This class was not a self-defense class as the day had changed; we were told it was the yoga class in which my daughter and I showed up for, unfortunately, we were the only attendees. The instructor was an excellent teacher and we enjoyed the basics of yoga. The location is a bit out of our way, but it was a great teaching class.

Johnny is awesome!!! In just a year my daughter has come so far! Jan 2015 she was new to tumbling but since has learned round off back hand springs, tucks, jumps and so much more. What an amazing coach! Congratulations Johnny on your new place!
