Obsessed with this studio! I'm training for an upcoming pageant this March, and Steve is THE instructor to learn from. He is kind but motivating, and more importantly he stresses that newcomers are always welcome! That attitude rubs off on other attendees as well, which I was incredibly thankful for. This class is fun but challenging, but THAT is what makes it worthwhile...

Attended a fantastic Restorative Yoga class with Devon. She was very knowledgeable, took the time to understand me and my injuries, and taught me things about my stance that no instructor had ever shown me! I will be attending Clear Spring Yoga Studio more often!

Haven't worked out in a very long time so my first class tonight was a bit of a struggle but I pushed through. Heath, one of the trainers, made it a point to adjust my positioning if need be & he did it in a very easy going way. I didn't feel judged or overly watched. It was a comfortable experience & I walked away with a GREAT workout! Cool place! Cool people! :)

I have never taken a fitness class before. Never one like the VSF anyway, and I will admit, I was extremely nervous. I dont dance, I'm super shy, and not the most confident person in the room., but as we got started, it was clear that almost everyone in the room was in the same boat, and everyone was so friendly! The instructor, (Lisa) was so fun to follow! She made everything so easy!

The kickboxing fitness class is a lot of fun and a great workout. Coach Forrest goes through all the moves and practices with the class all together first. Then, you workout at your own pace. You can try to kill the bag or take it slow and focus on form. Either way, you will have a good workout and blow off some steam in the process...

I loved the workout I got. I know I'll be sore in the morning which is a good thing. The gym was clean, didnt smell at all, and pretty neat looking. I really enjoyed my circuit training workout at Marlow's Fitness. I talked to Marlow about my foot injury and he worked with me to accommodate any exercises that wouldn't be fit for me to do. He also assisted me on the machines that I had little to no experience working on. I was sore the next day without being destroyed and felt that I was doing exercises that targeted my whole body...

I had a great time training at the Champions Factory BJJ dojo. The instructors (Wilson - BJJ and Victor - Muay Thai) are knowledgeable in their art and push the students to learn the techniques. Great workout with Paul at his residential gym. He does a great job with mixing warm-up / running with different exercises that work every body part in 2 minute sessions. The setup of the class makes the time go by extremely fast and you get a great workout in the process. Paul is a great instructor giving you encouragement and advice on form when needed...

I moved back to austin ten months ago after 4 years in NYC and had a great yoga studio down the street. I was a bit concerned I wouldn't find the equivalent in austin but HPYC has exceeded my expectations. Not only convenient but the teachers and classes are top notch. This place has become my mini vacation. When I need to step out of my life for a second to reconnect with myself Hyde Park Yoga is my safe getaway. The studio is clean, the ambience is peaceful, and the teachers are incredible. After a few months going here I decided to begin teacher training with Lilyana and it has been the most amazing experience. I love Hyde Park Yoga!

Oh my gosh, this class is exactly what we have been looking for. Forget palates, dancercise, and cross fit --- this martial arts instructor is serious! Abs, arms, squats, glutes, everything in a workout while you train to fight off an attacker. The instructor is a world champion heavy weight MMA fighter. Can’t wait till our next class!! MOST EXCELLENT!!!

I'm a fan of te 7:30 Vin-Yin classes, each of the teachers I've had has been great. Challenging, relaxing, good for the body and soul.

First of all, the studio is very beautiful and calming upon coming in. The equipment provided is really great, and Devon is very knowledgable! I haven't had an instructor as helpful as her, and she easily worked with me on modifications (I have scoliosis). She is very careful about form, which is necessary in yoga. I will definitely be returning!

Really cute studio; the instructor Josh was amazing! Very energetic and fun. Didn't expect to sweat so much; more than hip hop. Lots of cardio and toning. Class itself was nice and a good size, but not crowded. Would definitely go back for more classes. Fun way to get that daily burn!!

Sensei John Bollinger is very professional and knowledgeable in the art of Aikido. He holds true to the ancient roots of this martial art in practice as well as dojo etiquette. From throws to rolls to sword play, Sensei John Bollinger is well versed and is a great teacher. The dojo is clean and calm, as it traditionally should be. I recommend you to pay a visit to the Sho Shin Juku Dojo.

Today was my first time at Bella Women’s Fitness and was very impressed at how welcoming the environment was. The staff is very friendly and truly concerned about helping you meet your fitness goals. I attended the total yoga class which was a very strengthening and also relaxing class. It was a smaller class size which made for a more comfortable experience and the instructor was very good...

Enjoyable experience. Nice people and teacher. Go st your own pace. It was more challenging than I thought. Never did yoga before and not exactly in shape. That said I did a lot better than I thought I would and got a healthy workout that did not cause injury. Also there is a rest pose I used three times and it was no big deal to anyone.

I participated in the Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The staff is very friendly and Marina, the instructor, is knowledgeable and engaging. During the practice, she explains what we are doing, so following along is easier...and if you get lost, you can take a look at her, because she is doing the session with the class...
