Took my first class at AYL tonight. Yin with Jen was everything I had hoped for! The studio was inviting and was greeted with a warm welcome. I took advantage of the 7 days for 10 special. The class was extremely relaxing and just what I needed on a Monday. The teacher was clear with directions and helped to modify poses when needed...

I started iChooseFit back in 2009 before I got married, then fell off the bandwagon and had a couple of kiddos. I decided to jump back on about a year ago. Best decision ever. AJ and the crew were there to pick me back up and help me get back into a routine...

I started coming to Authentic Yoga Life last year when I moved from Austin for a job offer. I had never done yoga before and figured it would be a great way to meet people. It took me almost a good solid year to really get into my yoga practice. I am finally starting to feel myself become more present in class and deeper in my practice...

I have to say that I was so excited when I found out that my two favorite yoga teachers were opening their own studio! Be Free Yoga has a warm and inviting atmosphere and the teachers are so kind and helpful. I have told everyone I know that this is the yoga place to join!

Five stars for these amazing ladies! The new studio gets nice and toasty, and everyone is super welcoming. I love the colors, too! It makes for a peaceful, empowering hour on your mat! The teachers are some of the most amazing, inspiring women ever, and they attract a client base that's the same (and guys, too;))!

If you're looking for a great cardio workout while incorporating weights... This is definitely the place for you. People at the location are from all fitness levels and you can go at your own pace, so don't be discouraged to give it a try! I would give it a 5, but since this is located in a parking lot.... Running on the concrete is hard on my knees and shins...

This is not just a beautiful studio (home-grown and small) but a greatly loved staff and fellow attendants. I went to 2 other yoga studios in the area and HATED it compared to here. The others were too brights, loud and the studio was distracting to the practice itself. Here felt like walking into a new home and somewhere I could be comfortable being me...

I have worked one on one with Jenny at Mindful Mule for two years now and have amazing results. I was thoroughly impressed with my workout at Procore. I currently workout a minimum 4 days per week doing boot camp, Crossfit, and Olympic lifting. I have really enjoyed practicing at this studio. I have never done Power Yoga before, or hot (or what I call humid) yoga! Bikram Yoga is typically over 100 degrees, but AYL is usually around 94-95 degrees + lots of humidity. I personally have a back injury so the intensity of Power Yoga is actually helping me regain those key core muscles to help my back & abdomen. Lots of friendly faces!
