Mike and his staff are amazing. I've been coming for three years now. I am in the best shape I have ever been in. The workouts change daily and Mike is always there to help motivate and monitor you to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and not going to injure yourself. I've been going to GRE for about 2 1/2 years now. I love working with Mike. He's friendly, helpful, and most of all, he knows how to motivate you without getting in your face and screaming or being over the top. The classes are always challenging, and they're always different and fun each day, so you never get bored. If you're willing to put in the work, you will get results. Period.

The studio is very attractively done. White marble counter tops, wood floors, nice studios, and they pass out cold towels after classes. The sisters who own it are really nice and all of the classes are run by super competent/friendly instructors.

I have taken yoga classes back in Chicago. I just moved down here to Texas and wanted to continue the yoga practice so I signed up for Groupon's MetaFit pass to try out new studios. I was truly impressed with this place. It was by far better than any other class I have taken in the past. They take their time to teach you what you are doing and the benefits. I will definitely be coming back!

I had the added benefit of being in a small class which was great..(given this was my first hot yoga class ever). I've already signed up for the class again. Went to 1 session so far with my friend. It's a very small space BUT I was really impressed with how Sam fully utilized what he had at his disposal. It was a good workout. He expressed concern for everyone where appropriate and modified workouts as necessary. After the session he made himself available for questions and didn't make us feel rushed...

I've gone 2 times now and my favorite thing about this small group is that everyone is really welcoming and encouraging. It seems like they've been in the same small group for a while now and that's always a good sign. The space is small but effective. Reminds you that you don't really need big fancy gyms to have a good workout. It's hard to find the 1st time but I'd say it's worth it...

The class is outside on the grass, so take a mat, towel, bug spray, etc. It is about 45 minutes long. If you want an all body workout this is the class to take. Instructor is friendly, very easy to follow and helpful.

Today was my first ever Yoga class. I went to the location off I10 and Heights. Angee was my instructor and she was very kind and nice. As soon as I walked in she was very inviting and welcoming. The studio was big and lights were dimmed, just perfect. We took several breaks to drink water and wipe our faces since it was pretty HOT!

Very clean and friendly place. Mats are provided. The class was about 75 minutes, which I don't mind (get more for my money). There was a substitute instructor, since they don't have a permanent instructor for Wednesdays, but she was great. Very easy to follow. Got the work out I needed and sweated a lot as I was expecting!

I've been to both classes, and they are wonderful. One of the classes was more traditional yoga, but still very intense. The other class was more of a combination of cardio, yoga, and Pilates. Wayne has crafted a fantastic stretch flow yoga class. The calmness of the class is extremely helpful while he is moving you through stretches. I was unsure of what to expect, Its been 7 years since I took a Yoga class. The class is very hot, it was very calming. I was able to catch on easily, the instructions for each position was clearly stated, the instructor also made it clear that if you needed to rest that it was okay nothing rushed. I loved the experience. I will be returning for the Hot Body a few more times.

I love attending the Monday night prenatal class each week. I love knowing that all of the poses are safe for me during pregnancy and I can always ask questions and am guided in the best positioning with clear directions. If you want to sweat and feel like you worked out hours at the gym, Power yoga is the class to take! I like how the instructor helps us through out the moves and really pushes you to strive to correct and maintain the poses. Location to me is key and this is behind my mom's (babysitter) house. I started working out 3 weeks ago and really like the way the routines are set up. I am going three days a week and each class is 55 minutes. Mike keeps it interesting and a lot of fun. I have neck problems and he always gives me modifications so I won't strain my neck. This alone is invaluable to me. I have been so satisfied I bought the one year plan.

Today was my first cardio kickboxing class and I really enjoyed it! There was one other beginner there, so I didn't feel uncomfortable with my beginner status! The instructor really knew how to handle herself in unexpected situations. There was a fire alarm that rang for the whole hour, but that didn't stop the class from going outside and trying some new and different poses! I also liked the focus on the thinking of yoga, and not just the movement or poses. Pretty neat!

I'm in a decent shape and still there were times during the boot camp where my heart was racing. Kat encourages you to keep improvising, which I really liked. I don't particularly enjoy outdoors exercise, but this was an exception.

Wayne moved his operation into Drew Fucci's Tone Studio where I work out regularly. I took advantage of Wayne's 2 wk/$25 intro special, to try Wayne's stretch program. About 1/2 way through the first session I knew I could gain a lot - the stretch program is truly excellent and so is Wayne. The stretch program feels somehow like an exercise program without the muscle exhaustion...

At first, I had no idea what I was getting myself into- i was expecting your generic cardio kickbox, where everyone is synchronized, you get an aerobic workout and leave. This was a lot more about technique. As a beginner, I felt a little clumsy and like i didnt belong there. Went to the Wednesday Barre class with Amanda as the teacher, and it kicked my butt, arms, legs...well everything! I have done Define & Pure Barre and this was a slightly different, but good different. It certainly gave me a great full body work out. I look forward to my next class!
