I just finished my first class at infinity yoga. I got a bit lost in the building, given that the name of the studio was not written on the directory at the front of the building. But luckily a very nice woman helped me get to the basement! I really enjoyed the class. I've been out of practice for at least a year and found this as a nice reminder for my body to get back into the flow...

Warrior Academy means a lot of different things to me! First and foremost it helps me control my anxiety through guided meditation. It is also a kick ass workout! I love M2Core+!! Been a client for 3+ years and will be as long as I live in CO! I thought it was initially a pilates studio so I tried it, but I quickly realized it was so much more. You strengthen your core in a every exercise like Pilates but it is so much more of a strengthening and cardio workout than traditional pilates. I tell everyone I can about this amazing workout...

Streets fitness class was a lot of fun! The class has a real butt kicker which will make you sweat everywhere. The instructor was courteous on teaching me the proper technique as a newcomer and taught the class with vigor and enthusiasm. The class size was large but small enough everyone had room to punch and kick without stepping on each other. Highly recommend!!!

I came here with a groupon yesterday and it was very awesome! The teacher was very sweet and very helpful. The location is great and the building is amazing, It's very relaxing down there with plants and a warm room. The space was roomy. The only thing was It was hard to find but just go to the basement take a right and the room is right there (it says massage rather than infinity yoga)...

I have been doing Pilates now for about 3 years. The instructors are all great. Each instructor has their own style and I love the ability to schedule different times that work with my crazy schedule. The equipment is great and the variety with the reformer, chair and spring board keep you growing. If you are new or have been doing Pilates for years, there is a class for you.

She really mixes things up and can easily accommodate if you have something that isn't or can't work for you. The advanced class was a stretch for me with some new moves. This workout is more than classic Pilates. This is cross-fit, plus target-zone, full-body workout rolled into an intense 45-minute workout. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the music keeps you pumping! Best workout I've had in a long time.

Busy BJJ is a great workout. There is a mandatory introductory class and it was offered to me 15 minutes before my first class started, so very convenient to attend. Went over the basic moves and etiquette of the practice. Mario and crew are extremely passionate about safety and technique and very welcoming. I felt like part of the family after my first session!

I loved Heather's Pilate's class at Garden of the Gods. She did a great job of tweaking my form. I felt that I got an amazing abdominal workout with a lot of stretching as well. I only wish it was at 8 am instead of 7 am. I hope that you will teach at additional times in the future.

Warrior Academy Yoga is the shizznit. I've been a member for the last year and this is my yoga home. And there is something for everyone. If you want to go hard with your practice, there are classes for that. If you're feeling a little more subdued, there's classes for that. They have live music Fridays. How awesome is that?!! The class size was small (which is SOOO hard to find in January), which meant we had a lot of 1 on 1 time. Nico took us through a much more detailed warm up than I've ever had before. I had shoulder problems plaguing me, and Nico picked some movements to work that shoulder out...

Trish is an excellent instructor. I just had a private with her. I am pretty new to this - my 11th pilates session. She definitely knows what she is doing, is gentle but works you hard, and has a passion for the exacting nature of pilates. I highly recommend this studio and especially Trish.

I've never taken a reformer class before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The beginner class instructor, Tessa, was very welcoming and even more informative. The studio is state of the art, well laid out and clean. Students were a wide range of ages from mid 30's to 70. We all had a thorough workout at our own level. I've taken many other workout classes and was pleased with learning Pilates.

Whole Living Pilates in the most beautiful Pilates studio. I love the natural wood and natural light that surround the Pilates equipment. Nicole is a fantastic Pilates instructor. Her new studio is beautiful!! She encourages me to push myself and yet is careful to make sure I am using proper form. Nicole is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I love going to Pilates with Nicole!!

Loved this studio. It was easy to find as a first. I also barely got in the door before the owner Keith greated me and gave me a tour of the place. I took a Zumba class here and felt that drespite being a beginner I was treated just like I would have been if I went there for years. Love it. Highly recommend the place.

The class was great - I enjoyed the balance between restorative postures and some rigorous activity. The instructor was also great at giving cues and tips on adjustments. Loved it!

I have been a patient of Dr. Julie ' s for a little over a year. I travel almost an hour each way to see her, but it is SO worth it. She had helped me tremendously to regain health balance (mentally & physically). I look forward to my appointments with her as it feels more like going to see a friend than having a doctors appt. She is a very talented and caring doctor and I highly recommend her!

The class was very small, which is perfect for this time of year. Since I had never done Ju Jitsu, Coach Beth took her time to show me the basics. It was fun! I'll be back.

Since I graduated college, I've really missed dancing and have always been trying to seek out solid options to continue just for fun. Best workout ever!!! It's very challenging during but it is worth it! My whole body is sore the good kind in all the places where my stubborn fat is. I look forward to the results in a couple moths. I already notice little changes and it's only been 2 weeks!!! Plus the small classes make it so the instructors can pay attention and tweek you right where u need it!!! love love love!!!!

I found this gym off a groupon deal and had no idea what to expect. I signed up for a class called the grid, not knowing what it was. It was one of the best work outs I've ever done! I loved the atmosphere of the gym. The staff, instructor and other members were all really friendly. The instructor, Alex seemed down to earth, fun and was also very helpful with feedback and techniques...
