Just had an outstanding massage therapy treatment with Kenneth Stahl. What an incredible massage therapist he is. My knees and back were hurting - too much yard work but I feel great now and am pain free. I just attended a Grid class tonight at Streets Fitness. This class was just what I needed to jump start my workout routine. It was challenging, but the entire staff was encouraging. The people in the class were nice and I didn't feel like anyone was judging me or my fitness level. I will definitely be returning to this studio.

This workout is more than classic Pilates. This is cross-fit, plus target-zone, full-body workout rolled into an intense 45-minute workout. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the music keeps you pumping! Best workout I've had in a long time.

Trish is an excellent instructor. I just had a private with her. I am pretty new to this - my 11th pilates session. She definitely knows what she is doing, is gentle but works you hard, and has a passion for the exacting nature of pilates. I highly recommend this studio and especially Trish.

Streets fitness class was a lot of fun! The class has a real butt kicker which will make you sweat everywhere. The instructor was courteous on teaching me the proper technique as a newcomer and taught the class with vigor and enthusiasm. The class size was large but small enough everyone had room to punch and kick without stepping on each other. Highly recommend!!!

I was skeptical to try something new. My friend had told about this workout and was hooked from day 1 so i had to try it out. Took my first class with Brandon and within in first 10 minutes my body was shaking but in a good way. My muscles were fatiguing very quickly but brandon kept us motivated to keep pushing through it...

I am unfamiliar with some of the yoga poses so I relied on watching the instructor most of the class. I loved Heather's Pilate's class at Garden of the Gods. She did a great job of tweaking my form. I felt that I got an amazing abdominal workout with a lot of stretching as well. I only wish it was at 8 am instead of 7 am. I hope that you will teach at additional times in the future.

Busy BJJ is a great workout. There is a mandatory introductory class and it was offered to me 15 minutes before my first class started, so very convenient to attend. Went over the basic moves and etiquette of the practice. Mario and crew are extremely passionate about safety and technique and very welcoming. I felt like part of the family after my first session!

Warrior Academy Yoga is the shizznit. I've been a member for the last year and this is my yoga home. And there is something for everyone. If you want to go hard with your practice, there are classes for that. If you're feeling a little more subdued, there's classes for that. They have live music Fridays. How awesome is that?!! The location is great and the building is amazing, It's very relaxing down there with plants and a warm room. The space was roomy. The only thing was It was hard to find but just go to the basement take a right and the room is right there (it says massage rather than infinity yoga)...

I attended my first class today at Kindness Yoga Capitol Hill. I really enjoyed the flow of the class. The location was a bit confusing, but once you know where it is, it's no problem. Just leave yourself extra time to get there the first time. The instructor, Helios, was great! I was expecting Vinyasa Yoga, but the class was Kind Fit. I liked the combination of Yoga and fitness!

Best workout ever!!! It's very challenging during but it is worth it! My whole body is sore the good kind in all the places where my stubborn fat is. I look forward to the results in a couple moths. Janine AKA J9, teaches at the Downtown SunPilates studio. I have taken an intermediate and advanced classes. She really mixes things up and can easily accommodate if you have something that isn't or can't work for you. The advanced class was a stretch for me with some new moves. Since the class wasn't full she was able to help me get the hang of ones I didn't know...

I've never taken a reformer class before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The beginner class instructor, Tessa, was very welcoming and even more informative. The studio is state of the art, well laid out and clean. Students were a wide range of ages from mid 30's to 70. We all had a thorough workout at our own level. I've taken many other workout classes and was pleased with learning Pilates.

This was my first class at this studio and first time trying the Outlaw yoga class. Very different from what I was expecting...but in a good way. The instructor was happy and full of life. His positive energy translated well to the class. I now know to bring a towel with me the next time I come to Outlaw because it was HOT!!! The class was challenging and I can now do the "crow" pose...

I took a Zumba class today with Julie. She was fantastic! The studio was nice and clean, and my instructor was very enthusiastic and a good teacher. I also enjoyed the music selection and dance moves. The only issue I had is that my confirmation email said the class started at 12:00, but it really wasn't scheduled to start until 12:30. Sounds like there was some sort of error with the technology?

I took Kickboxing with Mike on Sat. morning and it was one word....AWESOME. Walking in was a bit intimidating, but 5 seconds there your hands are wrapped, gloves on, and you feel like you have been to this gym a hundred times before. The staff were very friendly and encouraging. This is an hour long class that starts with a heck of warm up and then the fun begins...

I attended a ZUMBA class with Julie. I was a little late because the studio is a little around the corner from the street address in my GPS. The class had already begun, but I jumped right in! I have not attended her class before and did not know the dance moves, but it was fun! It seemed as though a few of the participants attended that class regularly- which is a good sign!

So happy to finally have a great dance studio like this. After my first class of Hiphopcardio, I was hooked. I now have a monthly membership, and I go to as many classes as I want. Such a great workout and gives you the release of self expression.

I've been coming to M2Core+ for about 3 years. Lagree fitness is the most thorough workout I've ever had the opportunity to participate in. I can't say enough good things about the exercise at M2C+. I leave every session exhausted...

Trans Warrior's kickboxing class was a lot of fun! The class has a real butt kicker which will make you sweat everywhere. The instructor was courteous on teaching me the proper technique as a newcomer and taught the class with vigor and enthusiasm. The class size was large but small enough everyone had room to punch and kick without stepping on each other. Highly recommend!!!

Whole Living Pilates in the most beautiful Pilates studio. I love the natural wood and natural light that surround the Pilates equipment. Nicole is such an amazing teacher who is always pushing you to be your best and she makes sure your form is perfect so you don't get hurt. I've been in multiple Pilates classes but Nicole is by far the best.

I really like this group of studios a lot, the instructors aren't the least bit pretentious and greet you like a friend every time. The studio on Broadway it tucked away between buildings, so it helps to know where you're going. The parking lot is usually full but there's additional parking along the side. I usually go to the Vinyasa classes, but last night was my 1st time at Outlaw Yoga...

Everything about this studio is fantastic. Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga are perfectly relaxing, and the teachers are knowledgeable and compassionate.

I love M2Core+!! Been a client for 3+ years and will be as long as I live in CO! I thought it was initially a pilates studio so I tried it, but I quickly realized it was so much more. You strengthen your core in a every exercise like Pilates but it is so much more of a strengthening and cardio workout than traditional pilates. I tell everyone I can about this amazing workout...

I have to say, Kindness Yoga, has been my most rewarding yoga experience around town. The instructors are all wonderful people that are always engaging and friendly. The studio at Capitol Hill is clean and pleasant, nice windows, the room is just the right size. The bathroom isn't as awesome as the Broadway location but that's just a matter of space...

I took the Kind Hot Yoga class with Nicole. It was my first time doing Hot Yoga. I really enjoyed the class. Nicole was great! I will definitely take her class again! Thanks for a great class!

I might be partial, but the space is incredible and you feel better just by walking in. I personally had an individual healing session with both Denisa and Sarah. I have never had energy or pulse work done (other than acupuncture) and it was an amazing experience. Both are very talented and in-tune with your body/energy to improve your body OR sustain whats going well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Julie ' s for a little over a year. I travel almost an hour each way to see her, but it is SO worth it. She had helped me tremendously to regain health balance (mentally & physically). I look forward to my appointments with her as it feels more like going to see a friend than having a doctors appt. She is a very talented and caring doctor and I highly recommend her!

The attendance was low on this class, but that made it perfect for my friend and I. It was like a personal training session! I definitely got a good workout and I'm sore for sure. The kettle bell class was a new thing for me and I enjoyed it!

I have been doing Pilates now for about 3 years. The instructors are all great. Each instructor has their own style and I love the ability to schedule different times that work with my crazy schedule. The equipment is great and the variety with the reformer, chair and spring board keep you growing. If you are new or have been doing Pilates for years, there is a class for you.

I recently started classes in the last week after taking a very long hiatus of working out. The classes are very challenging and my mind and body feel amazing afterwards. The instructors are so helpful and friendly even during my first couple of classes when I felt very lost. Everyone is friendly and the studio is very clean...
