I love that this gym has classes at 5:00 AM! There is enough variety to keep it interesting and the instructors are caring and knowledgeable. Signing up for classes is easy on the website, which also alleviates any fear that there won't be room for you! Highly recommend it!

I hesitantly joined Mikenna's group yesterday at GraceLife Church in Lincoln. I gained 5 pounds over the summer, and have five weddings to go to this year, so I am thinking THIS is going to save me!! I got to the location five minutes late, but Mikenna was very welcoming and made it so easy to sign up...

Tonight was my first night at Asha yoga. I have done yoga in the past but I am new to Sacramento and going through a hard time right now. I wanted to get back into yoga and finding myself so I tried this studio. I had the most relaxing and rewarding first class with Melissa and I can't wait to keep coming back and improving my form and myself...

It was my first time today coming to Almaden Yoga to attend the Yoga Tone class instructed by Kathryn. Last Saturday's Bikram Yoga class in Folsom was my first time again in about 6 months since I migrated here in the states last January and so I was so excited. Jared is a great instructor for the Gentle/Beginner Yoga class. He taught me and my girlfriend the very basics of Yin yoga including how to breathe proper using your belly and holding yoga poses for extended periods of time. The studio is very clean, quiet and therapeutic because it smells nice in there and it plays relaxation music (waterfall, bird chirping, etc.) in the background...

Inside, the studio was clean, with relaxing aroma and tranquil sounds of water flowing...

Tuesday, silent Tuesday - July 7: At this evening Dynamic Class, Sarah guided the class through a series of shoulder and hip openers in preparation for some arm balancing asanas, close to the floor. Plenty of opportunities for strength building and playing with balance.

I absolutely loved the studio, I first noticed the tranquil ambiance of the whole place. It was my first yoga class that wasn't online and the instructor made me feel right at home. Any nervousness I had going quickly went away after arriving. I would definetly recommend this yoga studio to friends and look forward to trying some of the different classes that Nulife yoga has to offer.

This was my first time trying Jiu-Jitsu. The class was small and the instructor explained that this was due to a competition that weekend. I felt like I got good guidance here for my first experience and was able to walk away with some new skills.

I've never experienced an ounce if dissatisfaction with this place, whether I take yoga, Zumba..., whatever. The welcoming staff makes mountains of a difference.
