I had a great time. it has been a long time since I've done anything like this any kind of fitness class but the instructor was very kind and helpful and made me feel incredibly welcome even came up to me after the class and gave me a high five which is pretty cool. the atmosphere is almost cozy and there's some really great art on the walls helps you lose yourself and find yourself...

The facility I thought was great, the attendance was only 4 students- which may be typical on a Friday morning, I liked that it allowed for more attention paid to each student. It differed a bit from my previous yoga experience which is at 24hr fitness. There was no music and it felt pretty gentle...

It was my first visit there and I felt very welcome. The studio is well appointed and the yoga floor is amazing... it's soft and yielding... a real treat. Best of all is the 5:30pm class. It is the best time for those just getting off work! I will return,,, again and again.

I really enjoyed the All-levels yoga class I took at Lotus Seed - the atmosphere was super mellow and the instructor did an excellent job of leading us through the poses and breathing exercises. Paperwork for first time signup was nearly painless and there was no sales pressure. The environment is warm and comfortable, but no frills - it felt closer to the ashram than the gym...

Absolutely love it. Lots of space. Instructor has endless energy and great moves. I will come back and bring my friends!

Zumba at Vamonos is SO much fun! I'm inviting all my friends. Honestly, the first class was a little intimidating because there are so many moves and I'm not very coordinated. But most songs and dances repeat each class so you can get a feel for them, and learn as you go. So many nice, non-judgmental people. Very fun atmosphere & great instructor. I'll be going back again and again.

My first trip to the lotus seed was fantastic. Debi the instructor was very nice and positive. She was very helpful and the class was a positive experience. I am very excited to go back. The space was great with different size rooms to accommodate various class sizes. The other students were warm and inviting as well!

Escape to Yoga has been such a treat, I have found so many benefits to a regular practice. All of the teachers are great. I enjoy running, however have replaced most of my running with yoga. I look forward to Stacie and Liz's class even though it is 5:30am. I also love to go to Zoe's class and the restorative yoga that Winter teaches on Sunday. Keep up the great work ladies.

Liz is so creative! Her classes always have a little spice and fun to them, and she does a nice job of sprinkling in opportunities for participants to set intention, reflect, and honor the spiritual side of the practice.

My first visit to the Lotus Seed was a wonderful experience! The gal at the front desk very pleasantly greeted me and then introduced me to the instructor, Sandy. The space was lovely and calming and Sandy was just the same. Her encouragement and demeanor made the class one of my best yoga experiences in all of my 10 years practicing. I will definitely return soon!

I love the classes here! Each teacher is very different so there is great variety. I do wish there were more vinyasa classes offered but otherwise I think this place is perfect! It’s also a very beautiful place to practice and the shop is awesome!

I've been taking classes with the movement center for 4 weeks now, and I had a great experience with them. Personally I am a big fan of Avery's class. Instead of focusing on poses, Avery blends in a lot of breathing techniques, which makes it challenging and eventually I get to know my body a lot better than just simply knowing the pose itself...

If you want to enter a state of total wellness, this is a must! Blake not only works on the central nervous system but will assist you with tips for better living. Wow amazing first experience floating! I have history of depression and ptsd. I don’t handle medicines well at all and this is something I’ve discovered that really helps me tremendously. Blake is a healer and gives excellent insight on what to do for managing pain. Will definitely be back!!

Today I attended my first Nia class, to be honest I was quite nervous and feeling out of my comfort zone. Everyone was so friendly with such positive energy, that nervous feeling turned into complete excitement. I wasn't really sure what we are going to be doing. We ended up doing all sorts of movement that made me feel really in touch with my body and put a huge smile on my face...

You will always learn something new when you take an Arm Balances and Inversions class with Angie. Highly recommend this workshop as well as her Vinyasa and Yin classes.

This class was awesome. I take two things away from it the most - how fun yet physically demanding the exercises were and how nice/welcoming the people were. We began the class by playing a game. This went on for the first half hour or so. The object of the game was to get this small medicine ball over to your side of the mat without getting tagged by your opponent...

Stacie and Winter created a pretty special space in this workshop, and the people who attended had super great energy. There was a pleasant mix of meditation styles, some lovely restorative poses, and an invitation to go as deeply as each person needed. I hope to see more workshops in the future!

I love the Movement Center! Beautiful, clean, spacious facility and they provide, mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps for your practice. I have been to two yoga classes here. The instructor was good although I was expecting a more vigorous course because the class title was 'hatha (viogourus)'. We did some interesting poses like 'tiger' which were new to me...

Lotus Seed was the most easy-going relaxing studio I have been at in Portland, Oregon. The instructor was Luke when I attended a Yoga class there for the first time, and he showed us basic yet fundamental postures after he asked us which body parts we would like to focus on getting better. The studio space is very clean and open...

The class was fun and challenging. The instructor was very enthusiastic, talented and did a wonderful job of making everyone, at every level feel comfortable. I liked the studio with it's grand architecture and hardwood floors. The music was fun and upbeat, and I definitely broke a sweat! Going into class, my lower back was super tight and painful, and leaving it felt much better...

Such a relaxing experience. I wish now I'd have done the float/massage package. Totally relaxed after the float and would have been ideal for a body massage. Note to self: Next time.

I have missed my Curves workout since I have had company these past 2 weeks but I have been getting my 10k steps several times. I sure wish our1500 + miles in the car counted for steps! Looking forward to this week when I get back in the routine in the circuit.

Hatha Flow Yoga was great, my arms hurt for two days afterward. The Movement Center is on beautiful grounds and I just want to wander around them.

I have been coming to Escape for over a year, and I love it. There are a variety of instructors and instructing styles, which makes it easy to find a class for everyone. What I love most is that each instructor is respectful and considerate of the individual's journey, encouraging them to listen to and follow the needs of their own body. FoxO3 Sauna is the part of my health routine that I never knew was missing. Infrared sauna is both good for my body and my mind. I feel energized after each visit. The owners are knowledgable and friendly. I’m so happy something like this opened up so close to my home!

I was excited to just be able to listen to my podcast without kids interrupting and truly relax. I felt so good after, loved the frozen washcloth near the end. Fabulous experience.

I love starting my week off with the Monday morning Detox Flow class! This is a cleansing, relaxing flow with stretching, twisting, deep breathing and an inversion or two added in for fun. Making this class a must have for beginners or advanced yogis.

Love Tanis and her always challenging but student level adapted classes. We work hard, we learn and her spirit and love for life make me feel like a million bucks when I leave!!!

The Slow Flow yoga class was great. there was enough time through the poses to really open me up. The Movement Center itself is a beautiful place. What an amazing building and grounds. I think it's great that they have all of the equipment there for you to use, so you don't even have to bring your own yoga mat. There's even restrooms and a That sure makes it easy...

I went to attend Free Dance the Divine at Studio Nia last Sunday, and I had a really great time over there. The front desk lady, Savannah was very nice and the instructor, Siere was as nice as Savannah. The studio is the fourth floor, so I enjoyed the view while dancing. Also, there was a free public parking until 1pm, so it was easy and stress free when I was dancing with the studio students...

Emily gave my daughter and I a massage last week and it was awesome! She is a gifted massage therapist who is spiritually in-tune, intuitive and very loving. She gave us both a deep muscle massage which really worked out the areas that needed help. Some massage therapist will not put in the deep effort that Emily did. I highly recommend getting a massage with Emily!

I love learning from Liz in the morning. Her flows are challenging but not too much or too fast for 5:30 in the morning.

What a great studio! Debbie the Instructor was amazing, warm, and inviting. At least 6 people made me feel very welcome to be there, and it was a good, honest, workout. Nothing too difficult, but no walk in the park either. And it was FUN! Definitely going back.

This was my first Nia class at Studio Nia and I loved it! It was so much fun, did not feel at all like exercise and I can't wait to go back! I loved the integration of "letting your stuff go" and verbalization/shouts while dancing. It truly felt like a "full-body" experience. I had an easy time following the rest of the (packed!) class, as the moves are not complicated...

It had been years since I had done Yoga and I decided to test out Escape to Yoga on a 30 day trial and attended as many classes as I could to see what felt best to me, the instructors are so patient and kind and the studio is very calming and serene. I highly recommend them to my friends to the point that they likely think I get paid to say how amazing Escape to Yoga is.

I've just started taking the Chi Core Yoga class with Jessey and it's amazing! The center is beautiful and everyone is so welcoming and kind. I've taken yoga classes before but this class seems to focus so much on correct movement and breathing. I can really feel my core getting stronger and my muscle tone improving. I would definitely recommend this center for yoga. It's time/money well-spent.

Love the stretching tip on Curves Monmouth fb page. From experience I know how important stretching is especially after knee and hip replacement.

I practice weekly with Pamela for her Sunday Hatha immersion class. She is wonderful! I look forward to this class all week.

Oregon City Curves is a great place for women of all ages! You can workout at your own pace and ability with a friendly, supportive staff to encourage you. The facility is spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff is happy to help you set goals and check on your progress monthly. The Curves 30-minute workout is effective and can fit anyone's schedule.

I have missed my whole week of workout . Having family visiting and doing fun things with them keeps me extra busy. Even though it is fun I miss my Curves!!!

They are all very helpful and encouraging. I feel comfortable in the surroundings and get good workouts. Since back exercising, I’m feeling good about myself and confident again. FOX03 Sauna and Wellness has been something I’ve been waiting for in the area for a long time. The facility is beautiful, clean and just very welcoming. I haven't been active with yoga in several years and attended an all levels class this morning. Kelly was great! The pace and instruction was good and I will absolutely be going back. The space was nice and overall it was exactly what I had hoped for in getting my feet wet again.

I really enjoyed today's Yoga Basics class. I have done yoga before, but it was nice to take it from the beginning and more slow with explained motions. The teacher was awesome and would help the students adjust their body to the right alignment or the right pose. This was extremely beneficial due to my constant thoughts of if I was doing it right...

Vamonos was fantastic! Everyone was nice and welcoming. Jennifer was great, she took the time to welcome me and at the end checked in to ask about my experience. The class was a great blend, some easier and some difficult moves. The music was a great blend of speeds as well as new and old songs! Can't wait to go again!!!

Stacie is a fantastic yoga instructor - her focus on the basics of each pose and encouraging participants to be mindful of their movements is refreshing. And she’s just about the nicest person to see at 5:30 on a Monday morning...so there’s that.

Pamela takes it to a whole new level in this class! Since she shifted the class length from 60 minutes to 75 minutes, class participants are given space to experiment with more challenging poses, and Pamela creates such a welcoming and encouraging space!

Natasha is absolutely lovely. She's clearly confident and experienced, is able to be both serious and playful, making class fun, engaging and very effective as well. I feel great! Thank you :)

I will say this about the yoga classes at body bliss that they are awesome. I don't know very much about yoga but I can only say that it has helped me with jiu jitsu to levels I never imagined I could attain. It helps with recovery, timing and movements, it has built structural strength and the needed flexibility for optimum movement...

I just completed my first class at Vancouver Yoga Center with Chante and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience! There were so many beautiful people at all different levels of practice. The meditation was excellent and so we're the posture corrections. This was all around an incredible Yoga experience in my very first class. And much easier on my joints then previous yoga I've been doing...

My word for the year is "explore" so I decided to give Nia a try. As a somewhat uncoordinated and introverted person, I put on my bravest self for the class. I wasn't sure about the "free dance"portion. However, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I was right at ease. The class was really fun and, after this blister heals, I plan to go back!
