I've just started taking the Chi Core Yoga class with Jessey and it's amazing! The center is beautiful and everyone is so welcoming and kind. I've taken yoga classes before but this class seems to focus so much on correct movement and breathing. I can really feel my core getting stronger and my muscle tone improving. I would definitely recommend this center for yoga. It's time/money well-spent.

Wow amazing first experience floating! I have history of depression and ptsd. I don’t handle medicines well at all and this is something I’ve discovered that really helps me tremendously. Blake is a healer and gives excellent insight on what to do for managing pain. Will definitely be back!!

Zumba at Vamonos is SO much fun! I'm inviting all my friends. Honestly, the first class was a little intimidating because there are so many moves and I'm not very coordinated. But most songs and dances repeat each class so you can get a feel for them, and learn as you go. So many nice, non-judgmental people. Very fun atmosphere & great instructor. I'll be going back again and again.

Vamonos was fantastic! Everyone was nice and welcoming. Jennifer was great, she took the time to welcome me and at the end checked in to ask about my experience. I went to attend Free Dance the Divine at Studio Nia last Sunday, and I had a really great time over there. The front desk lady, Savannah was very nice and the instructor, Siere was as nice as Savannah. The studio is the fourth floor, so I enjoyed the view while dancing. Also, there was a free public parking until 1pm, so it was easy and stress free when I was dancing with the studio students...

The facility I thought was great, the attendance was only 4 students- which may be typical on a Friday morning, I liked that it allowed for more attention paid to each student. It differed a bit from my previous yoga experience which is at 24hr fitness. There was no music and it felt pretty gentle...

Escape to Yoga has been such a treat, I have found so many benefits to a regular practice. All of the teachers are great. I enjoy running, however have replaced most of my running with yoga. I look forward to Stacie and Liz's class even though it is 5:30am. I also love to go to Zoe's class and the restorative yoga that Winter teaches on Sunday. Keep up the great work ladies.

I don't know very much about yoga but I can only say that it has helped me with jiu jitsu to levels I never imagined I could attain. Instead of focusing on poses, Avery blends in a lot of breathing techniques, which makes it challenging and eventually I get to know my body a lot better than just simply knowing the pose itself...

I really enjoyed the All-levels yoga class I took at Lotus Seed - the atmosphere was super mellow and the instructor did an excellent job of leading us through the poses and breathing exercises. Paperwork for first time signup was nearly painless and there was no sales pressure. The environment is warm and comfortable, but no frills - it felt closer to the ashram than the gym...

Emily gave my daughter and I a massage last week and it was awesome! She is a gifted massage therapist who is spiritually in-tune, intuitive and very loving. She gave us both a deep muscle massage which really worked out the areas that needed help. Some massage therapist will not put in the deep effort that Emily did. I highly recommend getting a massage with Emily!
