Spin Class taught by Megan is an excellent no impact aerobic exercise set to energizing music. The 45 minutes goes by quickly. Megan structures the cycle events to achieve varying conditions and challenge endurance.

Love my ungym Victory Get Fit Club. The trainers are compassionate, encouraging and eager to help you reach your goals! It's not just a place where you see physical changes but inner changes. Your 'I'm fat" will be come I have fat. "I can't do this or that" will become "I'm going to do this and that". The fitchicks are very welcoming and everyone has a place and accountability!

This place truly is a sanctuary away from all the hustle and bustle out there. I originally picked up a 12 pack of classes and wish I had signed up for a membership right away! The relaxation lounge (and massage chairs!!) are a super zen place to unwind with a cuppa tea before class after a long day at work. The Zumba class with Alyssa will have you sweating and smiling...

Define Yourself is an hour long TRX class taught by Megan. TRX is a suspension trainer that gets you to use your own body weight in the workout program while giving support throuout movements. You can increase or decrease the level of difficulty depending on the angle you hold. Megan keeps the movement flowing and this would be an excellent program for anyone looking for low impact exercise...

Flow Motion's Yoga Nidra workshop today with Ashley was so very relaxing. I have attended almost all classes at Flow Motion since 2014 and have practiced with truly amazing instructors and fellow yogis. I went to a Saturday noon class and it was amazing. Dee was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She was able to adapt the class to meet student goals and provided excellent instruction and modeling for the flow class I took. She created a beautiful environment and I felt both renewed and challenged by the class. I highly recommend this beautiful studio and teacher.

I love TFL! I just finished a 6 week Fall Back Into Fitness special, and am so happy that I did (and happy that I made it through). Now I signed up to be a member. I've been coming to Salsa n Seattle's Zumba classes for a while. The instructors are energetic and engaging, the music is good (not the cheesy music some places have, modern songs you hear on the radio) and the dance moves are fun and easy enough to follow for people of all dance ability. It's a fun way to break a sweat!

I have received wellness and spa treatments at Serendipity Spa & Wellness Center. I have always received excellent service. Lisa is an amazing practitioner. She has worked on me on medical issues as well as acupuncture ageless facials. People comment that I don't look as old as I am. I tell them that Lisa's Acupuncture facials is what I do regularly. On a medical level she is outstanding!!!

The instructors are great and the community is really nice. A large variety of material is covered in each level, so a single level can challenge you for multiple iterations through that level. Michael has a keen eye for the specific level of his students and does a great job adjusting the material covered appropriately. And parking is easy, which is always a stress factor in Seattle-ish areas!

There are classes all day long starting at 6am until 7pm, and they offer such diverse classes. They have yoga hot or non-heated, pilates, Zumba, and if you want all three of those in one class--Barre!!

I found TFL through Facebook and signed up for a 21 day challenge. I had been largely sedentary for several years while working and attending grad school. When I saw the challenge I thought, "Why not give it a try- I only need to commit for a few weeks". Well, it's been mostly a year and a half now (with a few weeks off occasionally ;), and I'm so glad I found this place...

Another amazing workout with Dillon! The fat is literally dripping off... I weighed in at 261lbs 2 weeks ago and I'm now at 245lbs on the nose, that's 16 POUNDS! I'M FIRED UP! LET'S GO!

I'm coming up on my last week at the Fitness Lab and it's bitter sweet! The trainers and the community are amazing! Really a great group of Humxns! AND I have blown my 6 week challenge goal out of the water! It's been a blast and have made some great memories and relationships! Thanks Fit Lab!

Really enjoyed my first class with the jumpstart group this morning. The Victory team was warm and welcoming. I had not worked out in a few years but felt right at home here. Clem and Alfred have done something very special with Victory Fit. Can't wait for my next class.

I live out of town and was here visiting my sick sister for two weeks and wanted to work out while I was here. I found Longevita and was so happy. The barre classes with Tracy were great! The reformer Pilates classes were great as well. The people were so welcoming and friendly that after two weeks I hated to leave. Thank you so much for being such a great studio!

Today was my FIRST barre class with Tricia and boy was it eye opening to how out of shape I am. Ha! The girls in the class were super welcoming and encouraging and it was wonderful to feel included. So many studios feel very exclusive but Longevita was certainly not like that. I am tired and sore and certainly feeling my current inabilities, but I am excited to attend regular classes!
