A good variety of programs. My wife is pregnant and has been really loving the Intro to Yoga class. I don't attend any classes, just go there and do exercises on my own. The staff is incredibly helpful if I have questions and don't try to push products/services on me. They are also good about stepping in and telling me if I'm doing an exercise incorrectly...

Recently joined Rock Fitness as I knew I needed to get back into shape. To get started I signed up for time with a Personal Trainer each week. I certainly got the individual attention needed and worked through various exercises to get me started. Who knew I could lift a 50 pound tire! Great studio, great workout and great instructor! I'm going to have sore thighs, butt, and obliques for sure. Lots of hip movements. Fun learning traditional moves. I was definitely expecting more traditional Hawaiian music to dance to but it was more popular dance/hip hop music which was still fun. Made me think maybe I'd have more fun with a hip hop dance class...

First time getting back at it last night and started with TRX and some core work. Dan was awesome! He was patient, funny and motivating. As scary as it was to start again after getting so out of shape, I am excited to go back tomorrow for another class! This was such a fun class, and 70% of it is instructional so you are guided along the way, but the instructor does allow plenty of time for participants to free flow and have free movement to play and express yourself and learn your body ;0)

I joined a week ago and love it! There is a great variety of classes that always seem to go by so quickly because of how much fun I'm having. The instructors are super knowledgeable and energetic. They also focus on proper technique, which is really important to me. It doesn't feel like a traditional "large gym"...

Love my ungym Victory Get Fit Club. The trainers are compassionate, encouraging and eager to help you reach your goals! It's not just a place where you see physical changes but inner changes. Your 'I'm fat" will be come I have fat. "I can't do this or that" will become "I'm going to do this and that". The fitchicks are very welcoming and everyone has a place and accountability!

David s not just a great guy, but follows a philosophy in fitness training, which emphasizes on fit, not pumping iron and watch yourself for hours on end in a mirror. Define Yourself is an hour long TRX class taught by Megan. TRX is a suspension trainer that gets you to use your own body weight in the workout program while giving support throuout movements. You can increase or decrease the level of difficulty depending on the angle you hold. Megan keeps the movement flowing and this would be an excellent program for anyone looking for low impact exercise...

I've attended multiple gyms, and this one is absolutely one of the Best! Clean, spacious, organized, updated facility; plus all their equipment are new and efficient! What I personally enjoy the most, are the group classes (which are at an affordable price) they are very morivating and as challenging as YOU want to make it. Overall I've had a great experience!

It was a pretty intense workout. I had attended one of their all level classes. The instructor, Leslie, was very helpful, she made sure everyone was in correct pose to get the most efficient workout possible.

I attended Moving To Heal dance class today and loved it! I am not sure how to describe,,it was dance, definitely, but not like you-have-to-know-the-step kind of dance. I felt so free and relieved and happier after class. Our instructor had smile on her face all the time. Usually I don't smile so much but it was contagious in a good way. I liked the background music, too...

There's definitely a full body workout hear, participants are encouraged to move with fluidity which requires one to activate all available muscles and the music to help center and focus one in this practice. I definitely recommend this not only as a routine workout for increased flexibility but also as a means to bring it back to ground zero as necessary.

My experience on the summer fusion class was great. I loved how we did cardio, strengthen, and yoga all in one. Everytime I did the class we always did something new like for cardio we might do spin, boxing or trx, which made that class fun and exciting. Everyone courage you to push to your limit and never gave up. I really do enjoy the intense workouts and at the end clam down with yoga...

I love TFL! I just finished a 6 week Fall Back Into Fitness special, and am so happy that I did (and happy that I made it through). Now I signed up to be a member. The trainers are awesome and genuinely care about your success, the gym is comfortable and not as intimidating as other places I have tried, but don't let that fool you - the workouts are no joke! Spin Class taught by Megan is an excellent no impact aerobic exercise set to energizing music. The 45 minutes goes by quickly. Megan structures the cycle events to achieve varying conditions and challenge endurance.

TFL has helped me regain my confidence, strength and overall well being. I've been coming to Salsa n Seattle's Zumba classes for a while. The instructors are energetic and engaging, the music is good (not the cheesy music some places have, modern songs you hear on the radio) and the dance moves are fun and easy enough to follow for people of all dance ability. It's a fun way to break a sweat!

I love the classes offered at Rock Fitness. My favorites are Fusion classes ( boot camp/ spin/ yoga/ trx) Each section is 20 mins long which is nice. I hate doing spin for a full hour, but having it push you hard for 20 mins is awesome :D For a greater push I like the boot camp classes. This classes pushes emotionally and physically. You feel accomplished about yourself :

I did the In-body and it was a real eye opener. I love the break down so I can see where all the muscle is and not just the fat :) Also fixing my food ratio and breaking it down into terms I can understand makes me feel like I can do this! I attended my first class earlier this week, and it was amazing! Tricia greeted me right when I got through the door and made me feel welcome. Before I knew it I was taped up we jumped right into the drills. She showed me a few basic punches, and got my heart rate up. The workout went by quickly (which was my favorite part), and I felt great walking home. Definitely going back!

Connie and her co-instructor are an awesome team! They are caring they are concerned about people and the safety of all. They are motivators, this is one of the best personal training in a group session, groups are broken down into smaller subgroups as circuit training is completed. I would take this class as many times as I can!!

Tricia was very welcoming and got my friend and I ramped up really quickly on how the class worked. She showed us different punches, checked our form, and corrected us when needed so I felt like I was making good progress! I liked the mix of cardio and boxing; it was definitely a full-body workout and I feel sore throughout my shoulders and arms--which is what I was looking for!
