    I have never thought i go to hot yoga as I do not feeI myself good in heated places, however I had a positive experience after the first class of hot yoga. Our instructor Roman has a really nice calming voice that allows you to relax even more. If you are having stress or want to relax, I highly recommend this class and instructor. The place itself is nice and clean.

    TRX/Core has to be one of my all time favorites!! This one makes you realize that the muscles you are trying to get, you really do have them!!! From doing Abs on the floor mat to hanging from the TRX straps your body definitely gets the workout.

    I am so happy I found Amma Yoga. The variety of classes and instructors is awesome, and the space is beautiful. I love that everything is provided, I just have to show up. I have been especially happy learning from Carin. She is an absolutely amazing instructor and a kind soul. I would highly recommend Amma Yoga to anyone!

    Thanks Amy to set up my station, between school, extracurricular activity and gym I barely made it. First time trying TRX class, I may look lose but I work hard in all your classes. Best decision to take classes at your gym and the atmosphere is fantastic.

    I was a little reserved attending my first mommy and baby class. But I absolutely LOVED IT! My lo had fun rolling around and it was very nice to meet other mom's with babies in the area and the stretching felt amazing. Very nice atmosphere I will be returning.

    Chanllenged myself in HIIT class today and was able to do arm curls with a 20 pounds weight. Amazing the strenght you gain went you attend classes. I love challenges and thank you Simca for pushing me to do better. Didn't enjoy the run much but my cardio is improving as well.

    Thank you Jyoti for such an amazing class. I wish I could have stayed for the whole time. My body feels amazing. Those stretches really help my hips, especially after having the babies. The breathing left me feeling calm and collected. What a great way to greet the world afterwards. Thank you again.

    Trx and core, to early in the morning. As per Spin class, crap! I am happy that I am able to do spin standing up but my legs are jelly. Today Amy had us do ups and down, heels, Sprint, and hover. This girl has so much energy that I am trying to keep up with her, yeah right.

    Returned after two weeks of injury rest and it was nice. Pure strenght is an excellent class n sweated my butt off. Zumba was magnifique as well but my body could not take it. Excellent workout

    This place is awesome, I love this class and I recommend it to anybody who's looking for a great experience with some great instructors and those that want to lose weight.     Loved the atmosphere immediately! I love the location as well, and even though I am used to a more challenging Bikram style yoga practice I absolutely loved Thea's yoga class. It was so relaxed, calm and no judgement. Can't wait to go again.

    Yesterday went for evening yoga class at Lokaii lifestyle. Do you know how I feel today- you will never guess - AMAZING!!!! I slept like a baby all night. My body and mind feels rested, there at Lokaii GREAT atmosphere, great people and an awesome yoga trainer Korrie Enman. And I love those million candles lit during the class.     Pump it up class today was small but I ran from 5 to 6 level/speed. I am happy with this result because five months ago I can barely run at three. Lifted weights and some cardio and yes I did extra classes because the guilt of not making my spin class in the morning.

    I really enjoy my reformer sessions. The instructors are knowledgeable and skilled. The instructors continue to upgrade their skills which keeps our classes interesting while learning new techniques. I find Pilates to be the best fitness class I have ever experienced. The instructors always make sure we keep our form. Movement Unlimited has a very warm and inviting environment!

    This was so fun and worth doing with a full field of 12. Try not to bring more than that since you'll always only have 12 on the field at a time although if your're full of low stamina people then bringing the extra people will be good because this is an EXHAUSTING game. I'll review chronologically. Make sure to come in earlier then your time slot, especially in larger groups...

    What a fun ride! I was always skeptical whether indoor riding can be as challenging and fun as riding outdoors. But riding at the lab really proved to be so informative, fun and a great workout. Coach Micheal is so knowledgeable in all metrics of biking and really helped me to see the benefits and gains I can get from indoor training. I look forward to improving my biking this winter!

    My last class of the day today was Spin, damm Amy you are killing me with the longer music. It was outstanding and sweat like a men, i can barely sit or walk but my stress and anger level is back to normal. Thanks Simca and Amy for letting me vent my issues with all the classes. Today I gave it all and going to bed and feel brand new and energize in the morning.

    Love love love this place. The workouts are always fun, the staff is amazingly friendly. The treat everyone like family and they're super encouraging. One of the best gyms I've been to in the city. The one drawback is that they don't currently have a water fountain but since the new location is still under construction I'm sure that will change.

    Being a teenager is not easy and its harder went you have bad knees. However TRX is a great class because i am able to kettle bells, wall balls, sit-ups and hopefully increase the weight soon. Amy is very nice and gives us the opportunity o improves ourselves all the time.

    Abs, legs and the rest of the workout was a killer. Simca you are killing me, need to work more on my inner legs to weak. Zumba was exceptional today and the best part was the dance battle. Love all the new moves and the new people.

    Slept for three hours and booked TRX-core, different workout and painful. Well my record now is three min plank, Amy wants us to do it for five min and get our core stronger. Guess, i will be able to break a coconut with my abs in the future lol..

    Tabata Kraze Strength is hard for me but I give it all everytime i go to his class. Need to work on my breathing and form for the weights. I enjoy the class and it gives me some confort to pull 8 on weight

    I went for my first class at bodies by Amy today. I have to share with everyone what an amazing experience I had. It's been over a year since I worked out and let me tell you I will not go like that again. I left feeling invigorated alive and motivated and full of positive energy.     So many classes so little time, wish I had more hrs in the day and my youth back to do all the classes. Love the energy, it gives me strength and satisfactions to continue my daily routine. YAY!

    Did my cardio (ultimate spin) and weight training (pump it up) class this morning and feel great. Amy you are the best and working out in the morning is fantastic, now shower and gone with the wind. Another day, another week full of challenges and pain lol....
