It was a great challenge. I joined the hot yoga class. It is good for beginners as well as for the advanced yoga practitioners. You can feel safe with a great , experienced instructor. The place is very clean and peaceful. You have available towels. and can rent yoga mat for yourself. Atmosphere is friendly. Make sure that you will come 15 minutes before the class and drink water...

Jessica is a great instructor! She was able to adjust the movements to suit everyone's ability, which is great because I'm dealing with a leg issue. I'm going to keep attending flexibility class until I can straddle! :) I highly recommend Polefly for your mix of fun and fitness!

Debra is extremely knowledgeable and a fun yoga instructor. She is very hands on and pays attention to the modifications that some people may need. She pushes you to try hard which is very useful. Every pose is explained thoroughly with a demonstration. Classes tend to be small (4-8 people). We usually stick to schedule or stay even later, but she never rushes to get us out or anything like that...

My son Sebastian (age 8) enjoys the training program that he has recently begun. He looks forward to each training session. The instructors do a fantastic job with the kids and I appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain to them the reasons why the techniques that are being taught are important. Earl runs a great class, explains what the workout is about, and makes you want to "hold your numbers" as you watch both your Watts and visual treats of Ironman races on big beautiful screens inset in the wall. Tailwind offers a great indoor riding experience for athletes of all levels.

I had a great time at Link Fitness Sports Tuesday this evening. We played basketball, my 13 year old daughter joined us. We were competitive, defensive and we joked around laughing and dancing. I go to other spin classes, and whether it's Chelsea Piers, Soul cycle or Flywheel, none of them compare to the workout and the coaching here. It's funny, at those other places, they don't care about real riding. At Tailwind, they are always preparing me for the road by improving my technique, thereby pushing me to personal bests. Definitely sign up for a class...

Went as a first times to the hoop/silks intro class. Instructor was nice, and I liked being able to try both varieties of aerial, and her instructions were clear. However, I didn't feel like the things we were shown felt like much of a workout, and there was a bit of down time between stations, because there were 6 of us with two sets of silks and one hoop...

I have been coming to Blue Moon for 4 years. I take the beginner class and the restorative. When Super Storm Sandy washed away my old yoga studio, I came here, and have loved it ever since! LOVE this studio!! I've only gone to two classes so far, but they were both amazing. The instructors are so friendly, and because it's a smaller studio and the classes only allow for 6 or so people, you get the one-on-one time with the instructor during classes. Can't wait to become a regular :)

I took the restorative Yoga class with Karon yesterday. I had to drive 35 minutes but it was well worth it. I really enjoyed it, there was a nice meditation and it reminded me of a studio I go to by my apartment that specializes in Kundalini Yoga. I will definitely continue to come!

Each day I go is a different workout which I love because I love having a different challenge each day. The Tae Kwon do at Blue Moon is possibly with the most supportive and incredible instructor I've met. Master Moon has helped my children to each grow in a way that was necessary to them. I took the Zumba wed morning wit Olga she's amazing it's fun and exercise at the same time . She mixes up the beat with Zumba combined with salsa, tango and dance. I love it because it's fun exercise and I highly reccomend it. Also I tried with Olga the kickboxing class which was fun it was also Pilates that was harder but at night the class you can push yourself more...

Salit is an excellent teacher and she modified the lesson to fit the various levels of experience of each person in the class. She began by teaching basic moves which was still an excellent workout, and by the end we had learned a short routine which was a lot of fun! I would absolutely recommend her class and I will definitely be back!

This kickboxing class is amazing!! For 30 minutes it gives you intense cardio and strengthening techniques. Way better than any hour class I've taken. Everyone there is really nice and supportive. A great workout to get back into shape or maintain.

John's Qi Gong class was great. The facility is nice and welcoming. The people are very nice and supportive. Looking forward to the next class.

I use to look forward to Tuesdays to sit on the couch and watch my favorite shows but now I look forward to "Sports Tuesdays" with Link Fitness. The games we play bring back great memories and create fantastic new ones while getting in an awesome workout.

I went to the Thursday Butt, abs, and gutt workout and the instructor really workout us out I was sore for 3 days that's how you know you putting in work

Nate is the absolute best. I have been going to bootcamp for a few years and credit Nate for pushing me to get myself in shape. Every class is challenging and different. Nate will really help you push yourself far beyond what you think you are capable of. Also, class is always full of a really great group of people.

The Fat Burner class on Thursdays at 8p is no joke! Angela makes sure we are burning fat even after the class! She a wonderful instructor, love this class!
