Love the class sooooo much, even though it was a 50mins ride for me! It was an amazing experience with Salit. She is very patient. I had some "old habbit" from the Chinese folk dance I learned in the past, she nicely reminded me to adjust my movements, which was very helpful. Everyone should come to her class.

Salit is an excellent teacher and she modified the lesson to fit the various levels of experience of each person in the class. She began by teaching basic moves which was still an excellent workout, and by the end we had learned a short routine which was a lot of fun! I would absolutely recommend her class and I will definitely be back!

Great staff :) so far I've been here for about 4 months and I just can't get enough of the classes. I am currently taking shred classes. Each day I go is a different workout which I love because I love having a different challenge each day. No billing issues and everyone is really friendly, makes it comfortable to go the gym for me in my opinion

Yestarday I took my first self defense classes ever. I am positively surprised! All my previous knowledge about self defense just ruined and I understood that I don't know anything about it. I've only taken two classes at MOD, but they were both fantastic. I took a BodyBurn class, and a Kangoo class. While you are being pushed, you also don't feel intimidated if you have to keep at your own pace. I am the least coordinated person on the planet so anything with choreography is exceptionally difficult for me, but here I am able to laugh at myself, and I don't feel bad about it...

This was my second time taking Bernadette's class. It was a great class..very challenging and I enjoyed it more because there were less people. (6 as opposed to about 10 last week) so it didn't feel as crowded. I really enjoyed the use of the weights and less cardio. I find the barre section so challenging, but in a good way. I like that Bernadette challenges us and coaches us to have better form.

It was a very nice experience. My first capoeira class was unexpectingly good. But it would be better if the instructor could polish his teaching skill, such as: demo the move at where we can see. I know it's hard to demo some move with things like turning direction and changing hand, but if he could do the whole move for us first, that would be definitely more helpful.

This kickboxing class is amazing!! For 30 minutes it gives you intense cardio and strengthening techniques. Way better than any hour class I've taken. Everyone there is really nice and supportive. A great workout to get back into shape or maintain.

I took the restorative Yoga class with Karon yesterday. I had to drive 35 minutes but it was well worth it. I really enjoyed it, there was a nice meditation and it reminded me of a studio I go to by my apartment that specializes in Kundalini Yoga. I will definitely continue to come!

The teachers are caring and bring so much more than just the physical aspect of yoga. The studio is cozy and one wall is glass that looks out over a lovely courtyard and pond. LOVE this studio!! I've only gone to two classes so far, but they were both amazing. The instructors are so friendly, and because it's a smaller studio and the classes only allow for 6 or so people, you get the one-on-one time with the instructor during classes. Can't wait to become a regular :)

Visited Dahn Yoga yesterday for the first time and it was truly a great experience. It felt like I had a total stretching session. The following day I woke feeling energized and no lower back pain. I took the Zumba wed morning wit Olga she's amazing it's fun and exercise at the same time . She mixes up the beat with Zumba combined with salsa, tango and dance. I love it because it's fun exercise and I highly reccomend it. Also I tried with Olga the kickboxing class which was fun it was also Pilates that was harder but at night the class you can push yourself more...

I go to other spin classes, and whether it's Chelsea Piers, Soul cycle or Flywheel, none of them compare to the workout and the coaching here. It's funny, at those other places, they don't care about real riding. At Tailwind, they are always preparing me for the road by improving my technique, thereby pushing me to personal bests. Debra is extremely knowledgeable and a fun yoga instructor. She is very hands on and pays attention to the modifications that some people may need. She pushes you to try hard which is very useful. Every pose is explained thoroughly with a demonstration. Classes tend to be small (4-8 people). We usually stick to schedule or stay even later, but she never rushes to get us out or anything like that...

The place is very clean and peaceful. You have available towels. and can rent yoga mat for yourself. Atmosphere is friendly. Attended a great Shred class on Tues morn and it was a real challenge. It was a chipper with some running at the end. I always appreciate the class after I'm done but not so much while doing it.

This place is AWESOME! I was a total newbie when I first started, so I was a bit nervous. I've been coming here for the kickboxing classes with a friend for a bit over a month, and I've already been seeing results. Its a great place for people of all levels, and I always feel amazing after working out here. The instructor is tough but not mean at all...

Great place to workout! A bootcamp style gym without a military feel. Staff are very friendly and keep the workouts lively and fun.

Absolutely loved this experience, it was my first time ever doing aerial yoga and Susie made me feel so comfortable and like it was a friend teaching me and everyone acted very friendly. I loved the small space because it felt very personal and not like anyone would judge me. I've already recommended this to all of my friends and I will continue!!

Class was fun and hard! bring your own gloves or you will have smelly hands, otherwise if consistent with the classes, will see results because they are definitely challenging.

This was one if the best yoga classes I've ever attended! The Carolyn was very patient and helpful. The environment was very relaxing. I will definitely attend again.

Crom is an awesome community & the variety of classes offered are top notch. They're challenging, but TRULY accessible to all ages & fitness levels. Every offering at CPC works the whole body and keeps the experience interesting. And for someone like me who gets bored with fitness easily, they provide! Tailwind Endurance is a triathlete's dream studio! I have been taking classes here for years and the coaching staff is incredibly knowledgeable and have met many friends in the sport through training. I encourage athletes of all abilities to check it out!

I enjoy my visits to Breathe Easy Salon. A relaxing environment with a nice vibe. The stylists are extremely skilled and professional. I call what they do "magic". Ayaba has been styling my hair since June 2014, and my hair is healthy and looks beautiful at the end of each visit. Each style allows me a versatility of really nice looks between visits.

Charlene is AMAZING! After every single class I leave feeling better and better. I can only make it once a week but I already feel a difference. Love it!
