Brianna’s passion is service. She has dedicated herself to the service of others, personally, professionally, and in the classroom. Brianna served 5 years in the Marine Corps and has proudly been a part of the Veterans Yoga Project (VYP) since 2014 where she has held multiple roles. Currently, she serves as the Director of Programs, overseeing the Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Training, the Mindful Resilience for Compassion Fatigue program, and is a lead instructor for the 200-hour Mindful Resilience Yoga Teacher Training. Brianna’s training includes 200 hour yoga teacher training through Discovery Yoga’s Kripalu program, 300 hours through Soma Yoga Institute with emphasis on alignment and therapeutic based practices, countless hours of training through VYP, and most recently Intro to Adaptive Yoga Level 1 and Level 2 with Matthew Sanford. Brianna lives in New Hampshire with her husband, two daughters, and three cats. She loves to dance, hike, listen to music, garden, play with her family, and work out. When she’s not immersed in VYP, she can be found either teaching yoga locally or teaching ballet and tap to children at the local dance studio.
