Veterans Yoga Project

Leo was a Firfeighter in the USAF from 79-82. He loved Military life and the cahllenges friefighting presented. He received a Commendation medal, Marksman, Honor Graduate, Good Conduct and Overseas ribbon.Leo then went on the get a Bachelors degree in Art Education and  moved to Mexico and opened the first Tattoo Studio to the Public in Queretaro, QRO. He spent 8 beautiful years tattooing and travelling throughout Mexico. Leo moved back to the US. in 2000. Where he started Clairvoyant school at The Berkeley Psychic Institute in Santa Rosa. Leo Teaches Meditation and Clairvoyance to people just like you and I. Then Leo Discovered Veterans Yoga Project. Where he took classes with Charlie and Kelley at the Martinez VA. He loved that he was not hurting himself anymore. In the other yoga spaces Leo was continually injuring himself being that he has arthritis and Fibromyalga. When Leo found out that VYP was doing a 200 Yoga teacher Training he applied on the spot. Leo trained for a year with Veterans Yoga Project and 15 other veterans. I am grateful to VYP for the time and gifts they have sared with me. Join me for some Mindful Resilient yoga that helps one get in touch with their BODY, BREATH and BEING.
