Pulsation Yoga- Arlington Heights

I've really enjoyed attending Jen's Sunday morning practice. She encourages us to achieve more but always with consideration and good humor. I consider Jen's intention to be a highlight of her class; she brings a fresh, thoughtful message to every session.

I’ve recently been able to attend the Yin class taught be Sheila on Sunday evenings.  First of all I love Yin and I also learn and experience something new and positive in Sheila’s class.  I definitely recommend giving the class a try to experience Yin Yoga.
