Kumari (Lindsay) Hargis

With more than a decade of classical dance training and experience, Lindsay began experimenting with different styles of yoga beginning as early as 2004. Lindsay’s spiritual journey through yoga began in 2012 during the treatment of a severe chronic pain condition. After years of struggling with constant pain and its associated symptoms, Lindsay finally found substantial and lasting relief through a consistent yoga and meditation practice.

As a recent graduate of Kashi Atlanta’s 200-HR Classical Yoga Teacher Training, Lindsay hopes to expand her knowledge and teaching experience in order to help others struggling with chronic pain.
