I’m a recent convert to the Red Lotus studio. I love the calm atmosphere, the knowledge of the instructor, the music , and the ease of booking a class. I’m very thankful for a local studio for my practice and the various options for classes including kids yoga. I look forward to getting more involved in events at this great location!
Brittany Anderson is an advocate in mind-body health combining a
background in trauma-conscious mental health counseling and 200hr
yoga teacher training. Her teaching style is intended to create a
room of safety in emotion and physiology. She may offer up that you
meet your edge, but always leads back to a secure place.
Her focus is a vinyasa practice so expect some variation of sun salutations, but each class offers a balance of effort and ease suitable to all levels. Modifications and guidance are offered but students are encouraged to make each asana a personal expression taking it to the level their body desires.
