Recently joined and highly recommend Twisted Yoga Bounds Green. I cannot believe how much these classes have already brightened my mood and helped so much with anxiety during the 2 week trial so am definitely signing up for the full membership. The Yoga Instructors are all so welcoming and I'm really looking forward to seeing how much better I'm going to feel in a few month's time.
The classes have so many different variations and are always interesting!

Coral has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, developing a home practice via video cassette - yes there was such a thing! Busy being a single mum and working full time she would practice first thing starting with just 10 minutes a day and this has built into the passion for yoga that she now enjoys. Still very much an early bird Coral often practices yoga very early in the day, sometimes when it is still pitch black outside and reaps its benefits all throughout the day.
She has been thinking about joining a yoga teacher training course for a few years to share her love of yoga and to offer accessible classes to everyone, especially with a prop or two (bolsters being a firm favourite (big smiley face)). This year she finally took the plunge and joined Nighean on the Twisted Yoga teacher training programme.
When joining her on the mat expect a nice well rounded practice using breath and flowing movements. Maybe a little sneaky core section might find its way into the flow but not for too long. Coral’s sequences will work all around the body, oiling the joints, and helping to keep our wonderful mind and bodies in tip top condition.
