This 60 or 75 minute class is designed for the yogi who is ready to take the pace up a notch. Your instructor will mindfully warm you up, lead you through several rounds of vinyasa (linking movement with breath), and then guide you through basic to intermediate poses. Get ready to breathe, feel, play, and move! The class will be heated to the mid-high 80's.
