My favorite place to go! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! This place has helped ease my anxiety and given me so much confidence in my practice. The teachers are all incredible and very personable and kind.  There is a great variety of classes and times to attend. Highly recommend for everyone 10/10

Bend Hot Yoga is the original Hot Yoga studio in Bend. 
Founded in 2004.  Under new ownership in 2021, with a
fantastic new studio location in mid-town
Bend, we are accessible to all of Central Oregon. We also Live
Stream most of our in-studio classes.  Register for Live
Stream the same way you would for in-studio, through Wellness Living.
Our space freatures two distinct rooms for your yoga
practice.  The Radiant Room features Infrared Heaters and is
our larger studio. We can heat the Radiant Room up to 110 degrees
with our magical infrared heaters.  The Treehouse studio is an
inviting space with great energy. Classes in the Treehouse range
from 75 to 87 degrees.
Bend Hot Yoga will continue to focus on Original Hot Yoga
classes.  In addition we offer a wide variety of other class
types, with varying degrees of heat.  Everyone is
