By trade Jaime is an actor and a theatre practitioner. Theatre allows Jaime to continuously explore herself and her connection with the universe. This connection is further explored when she steps onto her yoga mat, both forms seeking to restore the wholeness of mind and body with breath so that the present moment can be experienced and greater purpose realized. Graduating from HMY’s 200hr teacher training in the spring of 2015 has given Jaime the opportunity and freedom to fulfill her purpose. Jaime believes yoga and theatre are two very similar creatures, opening the minds and the hearts of those who experience it. Above all else this is Jaime’s passion.
