ary Ann Ozier is originally from Nashville, TN. She moved to
Idaho in 1999. She is employed as a Physician Assistant at Idaho
Sports Medicine Institute.
Mary Ann was first introduced to yoga in high school by her dance teacher, Leslie Matthews. Since that time, she has practiced many different styles of yoga to complement her other athletic interests. “The core strength, balance, and peace of mind that you gain from a regular yoga practice has helped me become a stronger mountain bike, runner and cross country skier”.
Mary Ann wanted to share with other what she has learned. She completed our inaugural teacher training program in May.
When she is not working, teaching recreating or taking a class, she enjoys spending time with her family: husband- Steve, daughter- Caroline, and dog- Wilson.
