Great meditation. i loved Jason’s guidance & gratitude statements, I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for enlightenment or even a simple rest from life stresses.
Nicole has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching yoga
since 2011. Nicole was not active growing up but after finding yoga
she grew to love the movement based mediation and physically
invigorating aspects of yoga. Nicole loves empowering and
challenging people to do their best on and off the mat.
