Annabelle Terry started yoga at a young age in the hopes of overcoming her anxiety and high stress levels. She fell in love with the practice and mindfullness that yoga allowed her to take part in, and has been an active yogini ever since. Annabelle became interested in teaching yoga so she could share the unique, communal healing that yoga helped her find. She graduated from HMY RYT 200 Hour Training Program in January 2018, and has the hopes of completing a 500 hour training down the line. She is looking forward to attending college in the fall to study Marine Biology and Coral Reef Reconstruction. Annabelle loves to incorperate fundamentals of mindfullness and personal wellness into her classes, so be ready for a mental practice in addition to an asana practice. She believes that it is important to find a growth in your practice, acceptance with where you are, and appreciation of how far you've come.
