Great meditation. i loved Jason’s guidance & gratitude statements, I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for enlightenment or even a simple rest from life stresses.
Nic Perner (Raj Navjot Singh) began practicing Hatha Yoga (Iyengar) and mantra meditation in the late 2000s. He was soon introduced to hot yoga (Bikram and Sumits) and vinyasa, which became his primary practices for many years and led him to his first teacher training in 2014.
Nic teaches students to hold space for themselves—becoming curious observers of their breath, body, mind and true self. He will guide you to your own edges, where your physical, emotional and spiritual growth can occur.
In 2021 Nic began the certification process to teach Kundalini Yoga and in 2022 he received his Level 1 Instructor certification from the Kundalini Research Institute. He is passionate about sharing his study and experiences and hopes to see you on your mat soon!
