Alyssa Goade-Münch
Alyssa started teaching group exercise classes in 1990! I have
personal trained, taught Physical Education and Health for the past
23 years in Boise, Twin Falls, and Missoula/Lolo Montana.
She’s taught spin, Piyo, kids mindfulness and yoga, sculpt,
hot sculpt, HITT, and personal training.
In her free time she enjoys running and hiking with her kids
and dogs.
