It was in 2012 that yoga became a way of life for me. At a time
in my life when I needed energy,
motivation, confidence, awareness, physical fitness and peace — yoga provided that for me. It
has continued to be an enduring source of strength for me and, without a doubt, has helped me
maintain the happy life I enjoy today.
I have completed my 200-hour instructor training from the Boise OM School and I also
completed my certification in Yoga 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) – I am looking forward to sharing
my deep passion for yoga and enlightening others to yoga’s life-giving powers.
I use a compassionate and gentle approach while also challenging and motivating my students.
I am a proud Boise native! When I am not on a yoga mat, I enjoy spending time with my
husband and our three children. Kids’ activities keep me busy so I truly cherish my walks with
our dogs, Stanley and Annie, and, of course, my beloved yoga time.
