Great meditation. i loved Jason’s guidance & gratitude statements, I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for enlightenment or even a simple rest from life stresses.
Yoga had always been a peripheral part of Taylor’s life. After almost five years as a professional classical musician, her practice was something that felt safe and natural, turning to the mat as a way to slow down and check back in with her body, mind, and spirit. After completing her doctorate in oboe performance, she took some time away from the instrument and become immersed in yoga. Obsessed with the acceptance she felt and no longer feeling the need to strive for perfection, it quickly led to the decision to become an instructor.
As a teacher, Taylor strives to guide people home - to create a safe space for individuals to fall into complete love and acceptance of themselves. Her goal is to release any “shoulds” and expectations. Yoga is far beyond a physical practice of postures; when you take Taylor’s class, you will be invited and challenged to move into and out of your body, into the elements and energies within to create strength and balance. “Yoga is like coming home. Knowing you have everything you need in your mind, body, and soul. Everyone’s home is unique, and is perfect and safe for them. I will hold space for my students and bring them into the present, helping them let go of the rest and be their most authentic self. Bettering yourself for a better world.”
Originally from Boise, Idaho, the North End is near and dear to Taylor’s heart. Off the mat, she enjoys anything outdoorsy, from hiking and mountain biking in the summer to skiing in the winter, and she’ll probably bake anything for you if you just ask!
