Serene moved to Australia from New Zealand a little under seven
years ago where she discovered and fell in love with yoga. Forever
a student, she loves to continue to learn about the practice and is
especially curious about exploring the ways yoga can enhance our
overall health, physically, mentally and energetically.
Serene teaches flowing classes with fluid movement, and deep holds, encouraging students awareness of their bodies and breath. Preparing sequences with a considered approach, she leads students on a journey through their asana practice, weaving subtle elements of yoga philosophy throughout. She aims to inspire curiosity, calm and clarity, empowering students to connect to their bodies and their intuition so they feel confident and are free to flourish in their practice and beyond the mat.
