I tried out the salt cave for my first time ever and was very impressed! I suffer from anxiety and depression and don’t take meds for it. Spending 45 mins in the salt cave not only cleared up my breathing but eased my anxiety tenfold. I left feeling like a great weight was lifted off my chest and felt like I was ready to tackle life again.
I use to fly single engine airplanes and now I fly on my yoga mat. A Midwest girl at heart, I have lived in many places from Plymouth, England to NYC. Bowling Green quickly became home to our family of five after moving here in August of 2012. I have practiced and studied under many dedicated teachers for the past 17 years, receiving my first 200RYT in 2015 with a Therapeutic focus. Currently I am working on my second 200RYT at a Jivamukti affiliated studio. I have practiced many styles of yoga and still have many to try. Yoga is a practice I live by; it is a poetic discipline that I love to share.
