Noel is a great instructor and there is nothing better than doing yoga on the beach. This was my mom’s second class and my first class. Noel makes the class challenging but doable for all ages and skills, offering modifications for different skill levels throughout the class. Look forward to joining her again!!

What a great way to start the weekend!! This was my first time practicing on the beach and I loved every minute. Noel was great! I'll be back for sure.
