Pia discovered Yoga through watching her favourite flatmate
perform Sun Salutes and Meditations daily in the living room,
observing his calmness and happiness each day inspired her to start
her own Yoga journey to help calm her busy mind and also with some
back pain due to an accident.
Yoga became a refuge to Pia, her mat a place to go to soothe
the mind and body, be it a Slow Flow or Restorative, it has a way
of gifting you with so much more than when you began the
Yoga instilled in Pia that it's ok to be imperfect, that
actually, imperfection is beauty. Yoga isn't just about performing
the asanas, it's connecting your mind with your body and allowing
yourself to be you.
Pia is 265hr Teacher Trained with a passion for Slow Flow and
Restorative which help to support the nervous system to calm the
stress we all experience from time to time.
Creating a safe and welcoming space, Pia will guide you
through supported poses to relieve the tension of the week, leaving
you refreshed and feeling restored.
