I’ve been attending this studio for a few months. I love the option to book and pay via the app, the ample selection of classes every day, and the feeling of serenity and calm in the studio. Hi! I'm Kyle from Yoga for Stress.
I’m looking forward to sharing yoga and mindfulness with the Clayfield yoga community. I've been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years and teaching for 14 years. I started yoga because of high levels of stress, anxiety and panic attacks. I was able to successfully address the symptoms through yoga and get back to normal living. Not saying I’m stress free, but definitely bringing a more positive and pro-active approach to challenges these days.
In recent years I’ve discovered how mindfulness is really the key to ‘being with’ whatever is happening in our lives and our situation, with kindness and inner strength. You CAN learn simple and effective techniques and apply them with success in your life. And I’m here to help. So come along to a class. See it as an experiment, or an opportunity to take one step closer to a life lived with greater calmness, resilience, and love.
