Jess loves to guide students through a range of flows from energising vinyasas to more gentle flows, vin yin, deep stretch and restorative yoga. Jess found yoga at a time in her life where she felt pretty weak and unstable in my body and mind. This practice of Yoga helped Jess find her inner strength and power and has given Jess back her power of self-healing and stillness. Delving inwards has been Jess's greatest achievement yet, and that is her intention for her students.
