I’ve been attending this studio for a few months. I love the option to book and pay via the app, the ample selection of classes every day, and the feeling of serenity and calm in the studio. I’ve become hooked to my yoga practice and look forward to learning more from the inspiring teachers in the future.
Tanya has been practicing yoga since the early 1990’s. It was from her first teacher training in 2004 that solidified her commitment. Yoga has been a saving grace many a times, for this she is ever grateful and dedicated to continue learning and sharing the gifts she has received. There has been so many amazing teachers that have and will continue to inspire her, but it’s her students that have been the greatest of teachers in Tanya’s evolvement. Tanya’s teaching style is alignment focused, either flowing movements or static, she love to uses her understanding of anatomy and physiology with a combination of the ancient and modern philosophies to create classes that draw us into to depth of who we are physically, emotionally and spiritually. Tanya is drawn to take wisdom from our forefathers and make yoga accessible. Beyond the religion, beyond the needing to fit in, Tanya wants to inspire her students to recognise the beauty in each and every one of us today. Besides group yoga classes and workshops, Tanya’s passion is teaching privately. Either one on one, or in small groups, to give each student the personal attention they need to start up or go deeper towards making yoga also a lifelong passion.
