My classes and style of teaching are inspired from a holistic and individual aspect – knowing that each person will need something very different from the next, I encourage students to take what they require from the practice and modify to their own needs. My classes are also a reflection of my personal practice. I like a strong flow stemming from a more Ashtanga inspired practice incorporating foundational postures and connecting the flow using the breath in a way that gets into all areas of the body.
