Arise Yoga is a wonderful, student centered studio. Outstanding instructors an and extensive schedule with a wide range of classes. Tonie Warner's Sunday evening class that offers a challenging and engaging flow leading to a restorative segment is special. Tonie provides insightful commentary and thoughtful sequencing, creating an authentic community of students, even in a virtual setting. I consider it a privilege to be her student.
