Yoga Sole is a magical place of healing. The teachers are beyond welcoming, reassuring and knowledgeable. Each time, I walk in exhausted, achy and stressed, and I walk out serene and ready again to restart. I can't say enough about this gem of a place. It feel inclusive and calming from entry to exit. Love being in it's warm cocoon of inspiration and peace. Love the size, it's small and intimate. Love how beautiful the space is, it is always sparkling and pleasant to be in. Love the quiet location, you feel nestled in this little neighborhood of this giant busy city. For anyone who is a yogini or never tried yoga, this place is truly a place to experience.
